The Oncology Sales Specialist (OS) is a Field Based role reporting to a District Manager. As the OS you will:

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends
  • Minimum of two (2) years of successful pharmaceutical, biologic / biotech, or medical device sales experience or recently transitioned from Active Duty Military
  • Residing in the geography or be willing to relocate to it.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Specialty sales experience and an understanding of the Solid Tumor and Oncology market.
  • Experience in hospital and large account sales, handling complex reimbursement issues, Medicare Part D, and documented history of successful sales performance in a competitive environment

The Opportunity

As a dedicated Property Adjuster, you will work within defined guidelines and framework, investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle low to moderate complexity property insurance claims. You will confirm/analyze coverage, recognize liability exposure and negotiate equitable settlement in compliance with all state regulatory requirements. You will recognize and empathize with members life events, as appropriate.

This hybrid role requires an individual to be in the office 3 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Chesapeake, VA or Tampa Crosstown, FL. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

This is an experienced desk based Property Adjuster role working in a telephone concentrated environment without physical inspection of loss. This is an hourly, non-exempt position with paid overtime available. Training will be approximately 12 weeks, Monday to Friday and hours may vary by location. Upon successful completion of training, employees will transition to an eight-hour work shift ranging between 8:00 am 5:30 pm (local time) Monday to Friday with availability for occasional evenings and weekends based on business needs.

What you'll do:

  • Proactively manages assigned claims caseload comprised of claims with low to moderate complexity damages that require commensurate knowledge and understanding of claims coverage.

  • Partners with vendors and internal business partners to facilitate low to moderate complexity claims resolution. May also involve external regulatory coordination to ensure appropriate documentation and compliance.

  • Investigates claim damages by conducting research from various sources, including the insured, third parties, and external resources. May identify and resolve potential discrepancies and identifies subrogation potential resulting from unusual characteristics.

  • Identifies coverage concerns, reviews prior loss history, determines and creates Special Investigation Unit (SIU) referrals, when appropriate. Determines coverage through analyzing investigation information involving low to moderate complexity policy terms and contingencies.

  • Determines and negotiates low to moderate complexity claims settlement.

  • Coordinates with management for guidance on assessing settlement amounts outside of authority limits to support managing claims outcomes.

  • Maintains accurate, thorough, and current claim file documentation throughout the claims process.

  • Applies knowledge of estimating technology platforms and virtual inspection tools to prepare and manage low to moderate complexity property insurance claims estimates.

  • Recognizes and addresses jurisdictional challenges such as applicable legislation and construction considerations.

  • Supports workload surges and catastrophe (CAT) response operations as needed, including mandatory on-call dates and potential evening, weekend, and/or holiday work outside normal work hours.

  • May be assigned CAT deployment travel with minimal notice during designated CATs.

  • Works various types of claims, including ones of higher complexity, and may be assigned additional work outside normal duties as needed.

  • Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.

What you have:

  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma.

  • 1+ years relevant property adjusting claims of moderate complexity

  • 1 year of customer service, military leadership, construction related industry/insurance experience and/or experience handling low complexity property claims. Knowledge of estimating losses using Xactimate or similar tools and platforms.

  • Demonstrated negotiation, investigation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Working knowledge and understanding of claims contracts as well as application of case law and state laws and regulations.

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task, including navigating through multiple business applications.

  • May need to travel up to 25% of the year (local & non-local) and/or work catastrophe duty when needed.

  • Acquisition and maintenance of insurance adjuster license within 90 days and 3 attempts.

Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $54,380 - $103,870.

The Mitigation Lead Technician will work on an array of restoration projects. From homes to businesses. This position will work closely with a Mitigation Project Manager to carry out a project from beginning to end. Essential Functions

  • Will be sent as first responder to new water losses. 
  • Relay all information back to the Project Manager assigned to the project.   
  • Required to document all paperwork/scope/readings/white board/texts.  
  • Be able to make decisions that affect the outcome of the project on-site.  
  • They are responsible for all customer communication including emails. While not expected to have all the answers for every situation, the Lead tech is confident and comfortable with water jobs, the requirements, laws, and IICRC plus Oregon Restoration processes and expectations. 
  • Provide supervision and direction to Technicians Assistants or temporary employees. 
  • Operate equipment for mitigation projects. 
  • Take detailed notes on project progressions both in Dash and Text. 
  • Communicate via text chain on status of project (labor needed the following day, if on schedule, scope of work completed that day, expected date completed Etc.) 
  • Update the WIP board on job status, and equipment used. 
  • Document all communication with the insurance adjuster and customers. 
  • Take daily readings of project progression.  
  • Clean equipment after use and load equipment for new jobs. 
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed. 
  • Ensures all tools and equipment are ready for each project. 
  • Interact with customers to help them understand project progression to the best of their ability.  
  • Meet deadlines with minimal supervision. 
  • Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing technical publications. 
  • Help with training Technicians and Technician Assistants in their knowledge and understanding on how to be more efficient and independent in Water loss and Microbial growth project. 
  • Start and lead a single project.  
  • Remain on On-call rotation. 


Schedule:

This position is full-time (40 hours) with a 7:30 AM start time. Due to the nature of our industry, on call, overtime, weekend and after hours will be expected.

Arrive at class location 10 to 15 minutes ahead of scheduled start time to be available to interact with members, answer questions, inquire about their fitness progress, introduce and orient new participants. Group Exercise Instructors should know their participants on an individual basis and have a good sense of their fitness capabilities. 
Clothing should be appropriate fitness attire. It should not prohibit participants from seeing proper form, alignment and movement of the body. However, clothing should not be revealing in an inappropriate manner. When possible, Group Exercise Instructors should wear Gold’s Gym branded attire. Proper footwear should be worn at all times. 
Prepare appropriate music for class. If using multiple tapes, ensure everything is rewound and ready to play when needed. Refrain from using music with offensive language. 
Ensure all equipment is functioning correctly and have microphones ready.
During Class Responsibilities:
  • Introduce yourself and the format of the class. 
  • Inquire if there are any “first-timers” in the group and if so, assess their fitness level in as private a manner as possible. 
  • Make sure all verbal instructions are clear and that the volume, tempo of music and overall atmosphere is conducive to hearing, teaching, learning and having fun. 
  • Continually monitor participants to ensure all participants are using correct form. Offer variations of the routine to accommodate all fitness levels. 
  • Create a motivational and fun environment for all participants.
After Class Responsibilities:
  • Remove all music and return microphone to proper place. 
  • Make sure room is in order for the next class to begin. 
  • Answer any questions/concerns participants may have. 
  • Solicit feedback from participants about the class.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Make sure that class begins and ends promptly. If necessary, make adjustments to the flow of the class to ensure adherence to the schedule. 
  • If the Group Exercise Instructor is teaching the last class of the day, please follow proper closing procedures as outlined by the Group Exercise Director for the individual facility. 
  • In the event that a Group Exercise Instructor cannot fulfill a scheduled class, it is his/her responsibility to find a qualified/approved substitute and notify the Group Exercise Director if there is a problem finding a substitute. 
  • Group Exercise Instructors must be dependable and consistent in their class schedules. Anyone committing to teach a class should make all arrangements so that substitutes or cancellations are a rare occurrence. 
  • Attend all required staff meetings as necessary. 
  • Ensure that proper time recording procedures are followed correctly and in a timely manner. 
  • Prepare any incident and/or witness reports as necessary in the event of accidents. 
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards his/her responsibilities, fellow employees, and members. 
  • Promote Gold’s Gym and GGX as much as possible.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • At least six months teaching in a group exercise format. 
  • Knowledge of safe exercise technique and group exercise principles. 
  • Knowledge of basic physiology and body mechanics. 
  • Performance of a variety of exercise routines. 
  • Positive and effective interpersonal communication skills. 
  • Ability to operate and troubleshoot audio equipment 
  • Instructors having a specialized skill such as Yoga, Pilates, Body Pump, Body Attack, etc. must provide verifiable proof of education. 
  • Minimum of 6 months teaching in a group environment. 
  • Group fitness certification by ACE, AFAA, ACSM 
  • Current CPR certification and basic first aid training is required. 
  • Physical demands include, but are not limited to the ability to lift light weights, bending, squatting, jumping, running, reaching, walking, hopping, spinning and kicking.
