Caregiver Job Duties

Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):

  • Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
  • Cooking and/or serving meals
  • Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
  • Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
  • Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments
  • Monitoring and reporting on their condition

Additional Information

  • Our hiring process is fast and simple! Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!
  • Washington only If you do not have a current HCA or CNA license, you will be required to enroll in our HCA training program we offer (due to state requirements). You will be able to complete the training while working and will have 120 days to complete it.
  • Oregon only If you have not previously completed the state-required 8-hour Home Care Pulse caregiver training, you will be required to complete the training along with the nurse-led medication training before you can work with clients. You will be paid to complete both trainings!

Requirements

  • 18 years+
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 10lbs and up to 50lb rarely.

We are currently hiring for a sales distribution role within the Client Coverage Group at State Street Investment Management (SSIM). The Associate Regional Consultant, Model Portfolios US Wealth, AVP will join our U.S. Wealth team and work alongside a team of model distribution professionals to build and deepen relationships with financial advisors across the Broker Dealer channel.

The Associate Regional Consultant, Model Portfolios US Wealth, AVP will be responsible for developing and managing a select group of advisor relationships, with a focus on driving engagement and adoption of our model portfolio offerings. The role will combine digital engagement, including phone and virtual meetings, along with travel across the territory to build relationships and identify sales opportunities.

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted resource to financial advisors, develop a strong understanding of their investment needs, and effectively position our model portfolio capabilities. The position will be a hybrid sales role, with focused travel and time in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow a defined subset of financial advisor relationships within the Broker Dealer channel, using a combination of digital engagement and focused territory travel to cultivate relationships and drive adoption of SSIM Model Portfolios
  • Identify client needs across a range of business practices and deliver relevant market insights, product information, investment ideas, and sales support on a consistent basis.
  • Demonstrate strong investment acumen and act as an expert on SSIM solutions, with a primary focus on SSIM Model Portfolios and a secondary focus on SPDR ETFs.
  • Educate clients and prospects on product positioning, holdings, and investment results, and clearly articulate what differentiates SSIM from competitors.
  • Drive net new assets (NNA) and net new revenue (NNR) by cultivating new relationships and deepening engagement with existing partners, with a primary focus on SSIM Model Portfolios.
  • Lead and coordinate regional travel with key TAMP and advisory platform partners, as well as internal and external SSIM distribution partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal business partners, including External Regional Consultants, Internal Sales, Product, Marketing, Research, Capital Markets, Events, and Business Intelligence to effectively deliver SSIM resources and capabilities to clients.
  • Promote awareness and understanding of SSIM's strategy, priorities, and investment capabilities in client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
  • Demonstrate risk excellence and uphold the highest ethical standards in all client and internal interactions.
  • Pursue continuous improvement by refining sales skills and engaging in ongoing professional development.

Primary Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Series 7 and 63 licensed required (must be obtained by start date).
  • 3-5 years of investment experience is preferred, ideally within the Broker Dealer channel.
