This position is primarily responsible for providing planned and highly skilled nursing care for all of our patients. Responsibilities

  • Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and revises the patient's care plan in accordance with physician's orders, patient's needs, and ESCNC Policies and Procedures during intra-operative phase and provides communication from those outside of operating room to those inside operating room.
  • Assures that all documentation is complete and on the patient's chart, for the scheduled procedure.
  • Completes the Safety Checklist prior to entering the OR, during the procedure and after the procedure with signature, date and time.
  • Sets up supplies and medications, ensures that equipment is clean, safe, and functional and completes checklist which is given to the Facility Manager
  • Reports low stock levels to Clinical Nursing Supervisor or Facility Manager.
  • Completes all forms (i.e., labs, tissue, FDA, billing, waiver of liability for visitors) and logs (i.e., tissue, Lens, temperature/humidity) as appropriate.
  • Assures maintenance of sterile technique where appropriate, in surgery and assisting scrub tech and surgeon.
  • Assures patient comfort and safety, including proper positioning and padding.
  • Demonstrates ability to pre-op and recovers patient as needed based on the staffing pattern for the surgical day.
  • Receives brief report from Pre op RN when the patient is taken to the OR, assists anesthesiologist in transfer of patient to and from OR, brings chart and any supplies needed for the patient after discharge to the PACU, gives brief report to PACU RN when taking the patient from the OR to PACU.
  • Cleans the OR after surgery with the CST and sets up room for the next case before assisting with transfer of the next patient to OR.
  • Assists with proper disposal of all needles, sharps, syringes, and other trash; assists with clean-up of OR between cases; and at the end of the day, assists in surgery suite preparation for the next day's cases.

Qualifications

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

  • Must be licensed to practice nursing in the State of Texas upon start date
  • BLS and ACLS required upon start

This entry-level Field Physical Therapist role focuses on building core clinical skills in a home health setting while gaining insight into company operations. What You'll Do as a Health Field Physical Therapist:

  • Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions including gait training, balance and neuromuscular re-education, transfer training, therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and pain management techniques, as appropriate under your license and within a home health setting.
  • Assist in managing patients with assistive devices, prosthetics/orthotics, wheelchairs, and home safety equipment.

  • Implement individualized plans of care under the supervision and guidance of a Physical Therapist Case Manager.
  • Provide accurate, timely documentation of patient care within 24-48 hours, consistent with plan of care and compliance standards.
  • Educate patients and family/caregivers on functional mobility, exercise programs, safety techniques, and proper use of adaptive equipment.
  • Collaborate closely with the Physical Therapist Case Manager to prepare for and assist in patient treatments and updates to the care plan.
  • Participate in the interdisciplinary coordination of services, including identifying needs for OT, ST, HHA, MSW, and RN interventions, and report to the Physical Therapist Case Manager as appropriate.
  • Effectively use equipment and supplies to provide efficient care while maintaining cost awareness.

The ReStore Sales Associate / Donation Pick-Up Ambassador (Driver) is responsible for receiving donated merchandise, pricing, stocking, providing positive customer service, working the sales floor and cashiering and other duties as assigned by management. Responsibilities

Home Health with Less Travel!

Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services. Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team. Perform services in accordance with the physician's orders and the established plan of care (POC).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Act as the primary cyber operations POC for ACAS and Trellix operations within a secure, multinational DoW environment.
  • Serve as the primary SME for enterprise vulnerability management and Trellix endpoint security operations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles. You must be comfortable using the dealership’s computer software and have extensive knowledge of vehicle systems.

Responsibilities
