Project Manager

As a member of the Energy Storage Advisory team within UL Solutions' North American Renewables business, the Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of Independent Engineering (IE) and Technical Advisory (TA) projects across the energy storage and solar + storage hybrid power sectors.

This position oversees all aspects of successful project execution technical, commercial, financial, and contractual ensuring UL delivers high-quality, on-time, and on-budget results. The Project Manager is also client-facing, contributing directly to proposal development, relationship management, and growth of the advisory business through trusted client partnerships.

The successful candidate is a self-starter with strong project management fundamentals, technical understanding, and business acumen. They are a proven seller-doer who can guide multidisciplinary teams, engage with clients at a senior level, and drive both delivery excellence and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-lifecycle delivery of Independent Engineering and Technical Advisory projects for financing, acquisition, and development of energy storage and hybrid renewable portfolios.
  • Serve as the primary client interface, managing communications, expectations, and relationships to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Oversee project execution across scope, schedule, budget, and risk. Develop and maintain execution plans, track progress, and proactively manage variances and change orders.
  • Guide multidisciplinary teams (engineering, financial, and environmental specialists) to ensure technical consistency, quality, and alignment with UL's standards.
  • Provide high-level technical direction to support the team's analysis and conclusions while maintaining focus on overall project objectives and client needs.
  • Manage project financials, including forecasting, invoicing, margin tracking, and ensuring commercial compliance with contract terms.
  • Support business development activities: contribute to proposal writing, pricing strategy, scope definition, and client presentations.
  • Drive client engagement and relationship growth through proactive communication, follow-up, and participation in industry events, conferences, and client reviews.
  • Facilitate project close-out activities including lessons learned, client debriefs, and internal process improvements.
  • Mentor junior staff in project management best practices and promote a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Represent UL at conferences and business development meetings.
  • Guide the business strategy and development for the due diligence team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related technical discipline (electrical, mechanical, civil, or similar).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in project management within a professional or technical services environment, ideally in renewable energy, energy storage, or grid infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proven experience in client-facing delivery, including proposal support, contract negotiation, and client relationship management.
  • Strong commercial acumen and familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present complex topics clearly to diverse audiences.
  • PMP or equivalent project management training preferred.
  • Ability to occasionally travel for conferences and project deliverables (less than 10%)

Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $95,000 $115,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary.

This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).

The Law School is searching for a Gifts Processing and Alumni Records Coordinator to be part of the Advancement Services team at a pivotal moment in the institution's history. The Gifts Processing and Alumni Records Coordinator supports fundraising, donor stewardship, and alumni engagement by ensuring timely and accurate gift processing and alumni data management using the Law School's Salesforce-based CRM system. Responsibilities Include:

  • Gift Processing & Reconciliation
  • Process and accurately record all charitable gifts to Brooklyn Law School in Salesforce (NPSP), including outright gifts, pledges, recurring gifts, matching gifts, stock and other non-cash gifts, and planned giving commitments, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Review gift documentation to ensure that all gifts are properly documented, coded, and recorded in a timely manner.
  • Generate and issue timely and accurate tax acknowledgment letters and IRS-compliant receipts, as appropriate.
  • Generate and issue appropriate thank you correspondence for donations made through Donor Advised Funds (DAF's) and other charitable giving vehicles that do not require a tax acknowledgement.

  • Maintain accurate and current alumni, donor, and constituent records in Salesforce, incorporating updates received through the Advancement Services inbox, staff notifications, constituent communications, event participation, and other sources.
  • Review and resolve data inconsistencies and discrepancies between constituent information, gift documentation, and CRM records.
  • Maintain accurate biographical, contact, employment, education, relationship, and other constituent information in accordance with established data standards.
  • Promote and maintain data quality by identifying opportunities for data cleanup, maintaining data integrity, and participating in ongoing data quality and enrichment projects.
  • Develop and maintain internal documentation related to gift entry protocols, acknowledgment workflows, data entry standards, and other Advancement Services procedures within Salesforce.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least three years of relevant administrative or operations experience, preferably in nonprofit, higher education, fundraising, or a similar environment.
  • Demonstrated experience processing charitable gifts, pledges, matching gifts, and related transactions in a nonprofit, higher education, or similar advancement environment.
  • Experience using an advancement CRM, such as Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, or a comparable system, for gift processing, donor data entry, and constituent records management.

Purpose

The Contract LMHP is expected to provide clinically appropriate, person-centered services and maintain documentation in accordance with organizational policies and applicable Louisiana Medicaid, Louisiana Department of Health (LDH), Managed Care Organization (MCO), and professional licensing requirements.


Qualifications

The Contract LMHP must:

  • Hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or another qualifying mental health-related field from an accredited institution.
  • Hold a current and unrestricted license to practice in the State of Louisiana through the applicable professional licensing board.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and/or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) preferred.
  • Have a minimum of five (5) years of direct clinical practice experience preferred.
  • Have experience providing behavioral health and/or community-based mental health services.
  • Maintain all continuing education and professional requirements associated with their license.
  • Complete and maintain LOCUS and CALOCUS certification as required by Divine Intervention Rehabilitation, LLC.

  • Maintain professional liability insurance and any other credentials or documentation required for independent contractors.

General Responsibilities

The Contract LMHP is responsible for providing clinical services, including, but not limited to:

  • Conduct initial clinical assessments and reassessments.
  • Compile and review clinical information necessary to complete assessments and reassessments.
  • Conduct required interviews with clients and, when clinically appropriate, family members, caregivers, and/or significant others.
  • Establish appropriate DSM-5-TR or successor diagnoses and applicable ICD-10-CM diagnostic codes within the scope of professional licensure.
  • Complete LOCUS and/or CALOCUS assessments when required to assist with determining appropriate level of care and medical necessity.
  • Develop, review, and update Individualized Service Recovery Plans (ISRPs) in collaboration with the client and treatment team.
  • Provide individual counseling/psychotherapy and other authorized clinical services within the scope of professional licensure and credentialing.
  • Counsel and communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and appropriate community stakeholders regarding treatment needs and the facilitation of the client's treatment plan.
  • Monitor client progress and make clinically appropriate recommendations regarding treatment goals, interventions, services, and level of care.
  • Develop transition and discharge plans in conjunction with the client, family/caregiver when appropriate, and multidisciplinary treatment team.
  • Complete progress notes and other required clinical documentation accurately and within established documentation timelines.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and timely clinical records in Lauris Online.
  • Ensure Clinical Assessments, Reassessments, Individualized Service Recovery Plans (ISRPs), Transition Plans, Discharge Summaries, and other required clinical documents contain all required signatures.
  • Provide crisis intervention services when clinically appropriate and within the scope of professional licensure.
  • Notify the appropriate medical and/or clinical provider of significant changes in a client's physical or mental health status.
  • Complete and/or assist with prior authorization and continued-stay authorization requests for Healthy Louisiana members and other applicable payers as assigned.
  • Provide authorized behavioral health core services within the scope of professional licensure and organizational credentialing, excluding medication management unless independently qualified and authorized to provide such services.
  • Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and coordination of care when required.
  • Cooperate with clinical record reviews, utilization reviews, quality assurance activities, audits, and accreditation or regulatory reviews related to services provided by the contractor.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and all applicable federal and state privacy requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge of current behavioral health practices, evidence-based interventions, professional standards, and applicable requirements.

  • Perform other clinically appropriate contracted services as mutually agreed upon and within the LMHP's professional scope of practice.

Documentation Requirements

The Contract LMHP is responsible for ensuring that all documentation associated with services provided is accurate, complete, and submitted according to Divine Intervention Rehabilitation, LLC requirements.


Clinical documentation should be completed within 24 hours of service and no later than 48 hours, when permitted by applicable requirements and organizational policy.

About the Role:

The Assistant Superintendent plays a critical role in supporting the Superintendent to ensure the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion. This position involves overseeing daily operations on-site, coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Assistant Superintendent acts as a key liaison between project management, field personnel, and clients to facilitate clear communication and timely resolution of issues. By closely monitoring project progress and resource allocation, this role helps to maintain budgetary and timeline goals. Ultimately, the Assistant Superintendent contributes to delivering high-quality construction projects that meet or exceed client expectations while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher in Construction Management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a construction supervisory role, preferably as a foreman or assistant superintendent.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and technical documents.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to work on construction sites in various weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Experience with project management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or Microsoft Project.
  • OSHA 30-hour safety certification or equivalent safety training.
