The General Manager’s primary responsibility and accountability includes providing an exceptional and successful customer experience while leading and maintaining the day-to-day operation of the Store in compliance with established policies and procedures. The General Manager plans and implements the daily operations of the Collision Center to ensure that overall KPI’s and insurance metrics are met. They are responsible to coach and empower each team member’s performance and success in their individual roles. The General Manager will promote and maintain the highest quality standards of professionalism in serving all customers, and the General Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of the customer’s experience by ensuring they are working in alignment with all team members. Key Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
  • Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center.

Education and/or Experience Required

  • Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
  • Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.

  • Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.

Oversight of providers and care team, care delivery, modeling professionalism, enhancing communication, and assisting with provider development to achieve the overall goal of providing excellent patient-centered treatment, care, and services in a team environment.

The PACE Associate Medical Director is responsible for supporting the activities of the PACE program, providers and clinical care team, as well as care delivery for the population served. Responsibilities include: direct patient care services, mentoring and assisting with provider and clinical care team performance and development, policy development, patient satisfaction, employee satisfaction, improve health status of patients, optimal provider productivity, and a safe, culturally sensitive, appropriate environment of care. The PACE Associate Medical Director will assist in special projects as requested by the PACE Medical Director, as well as participate directly or indirectly with clinical committees as necessitated by their position.

Location and Schedule: This position will work at our Central Valley Modesto PACE Center, scheduled Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Flexibility to work scheduled evening clinic hours, and when appropriate. Will train at the Central Valley Modesto PACE Center, and support as needed.

  • Assures proper supervision and mentoring of nurse practitioners and physician assistants and new MDs/DOs consistent with GVHC standards and state regulations.

  • Direct outpatient care at least 80% of the week.
  • Provides comprehensive, ongoing and patient oriented primary care.
  • Meets compliance standards in conjunction with GVHC’s personnel policies, clinical protocols, principles of practice and supervision of clinician staff (to include signing of charts for NP/PAs as needed).
  • Attends and participates in general medical staff meetings and other assigned committee activities.
  • Maintains active membership in County Medical Society and California Medical Association.
  • Supervision of NP/PA and MD/DO staff, acts as a preceptor to clinicians in training as required. Other duties and/or special projects/assignments as required.

The Meissner Research Lab in the Division of Infectious Diseases and Department of Medicine at MUSC is seeking a post-doctoral fellow to join our laboratory. The lab utilizes a variety of in vitro cell culture models including induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) that can differentiated to various cell types, organoids derived from iPSCs or primary human tissue biopsies, and viral replication models (HBV, RSV, VSV). Studies utilize complementary molecular biology techniques and protein and cellular assays. Recent endeavors include targeted molecular and genetic approaches to manipulate gene and RNA expression.

The ideal candidate for this position is an organized, detail-oriented, and intrinsically motivated person with expertise and interest in the field of innate immunity, virology, and receptor biology. They will be able to learn new research skills, apply existing skills to new research topics, provide experimental assistance, contribute to the development and writing of research grants, contribute to research manuscripts and work well within a team. Prior experience in RNA biology, molecular biology and a demonstrated track record of publications and/or preprints is preferred. Familiarity with therapeutic oligonucleotide design and validation is desired. Experience with computational and statistical methods in programming languages is desired but not required. Training will be provided by the PI (Dr. Eric Meissner) and by the laboratory’s staff scientist (Dr. Laura Novotny) on all aspects of the job description. This person will be part of a growing, dynamic research laboratory and will take ownership in laying the groundwork for the best lab practices and working environment for future lab members. A team of sales reps, chefs, consultants, and other experts builds close relationships with customers - providing advice on improving operations, menu development, product selection, and operational strategies. Job Description:

  • Responsible for the senior sales and marketing leadership, fiscal planning, setting strategy and attaining targets. Also responsible for establishing sales territories and goals, sales, training and market research.
  • This leader is a member of the OpCo senior leadership team, reporting to the Opco President, and is responsible for management and direction of the Sales and Marketing Department staff, achieving performance metrics, expense and revenue management, and compliance with established safety standards and government regulations.
  • Analyzes market potential and develops and implements plans to achieve maximum penetration in the marketplace.
  • Monitors competitive activity and provides feedback to OpCo leadership.
  • Has thorough understanding of and fully leverages NLP and Market Watch programs to maximize the company's effectiveness and to add case growth.
  • Sets strategy based on customer business drivers to increase market share for products and services.
  • Oversees and directs annual OpCo Food Shows, General Sales Meetings and DSM Meetings, etc.
  • Develops and fosters trusting relationships with customers.
  • Directly manages major and critical developing customer accounts.
  • Accountable for building and leading the strategy for training and development of the sales staff (including Regional Managers, District Sales Managers and Area Managers).
  • Leads and directs all aspects of sales and marketing performance, adjusting activities to meet or exceed financial targets.
  • Attains targeted profit margins as determined by business goals; increases sales growth with acceptable levels of gross margins.
  • Collaborates and leads sales leadership in presenting major proposals to key customers.
  • Provides expertise and assistance in the solicitation of new or prospective business by participating in meetings and other activities to help build customer relations.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors

Required Experience:

  • 10 Years+ in a sales leadership position in the foodservice distribution industry

Preferred qualifications:

  • Masters/MBA

Preferred Experience:

  • 10 years + of prior experience managing a complex salesforce that spans a large demographic area
