Position Summary

Job Description

The Registered Sleep Technologist reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.

The Registered Sleep Technologist is an individual who performs all aspects of overnight polysomnograms, including CPAP/Bi‑PAP titrations. A Registered Sleep Technologist must have achieved competency in the following areas:

  • Independently prepare patients for and perform diagnostic polysomnograms.
  • Independently perform CPAP and Bi‑PAP titrations according to national standards and departmental guidelines. Includes ability to articulate indications for administration of humidification.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of indications (and procedure for obtaining orders) for administration of oxygen.
  • Demonstrate the ability to score and process sleep records.

This position works closely with other members of the NTC/SDC staff, including physicians.

Responsibilities

  • Complete all required paperwork before the study is performed, including consent, relevant patient history, questionnaires, etc. Clarify unclear or inappropriate orders. Complete billing information upon completion of procedure.
  • Independently prepare equipment for monitoring by performing necessary calibrations, selecting filter settings, determining appropriate monitoring montage, and entering required patient information.
  • Provide CPAP training by utilizing appropriate patient education materials.
  • Prepare patients for the study by accurately placing recording devices required for the procedure. Utilize International 10‑20 system for EEG electrode placement.
  • Record the study by entering appropriate notations and clinical observations into the computer system and on the technician worksheet.
  • Identify abnormalities such as apneas, PLMs, and other sleep disturbances. Seek assistance to adjust recording technique to best enhance and provide a clearly interpretable record.
  • Recognize and respond appropriately to medical problems and physiological events, especially cardiac dysrhythmias, respiratory events and seizures.
  • Recognize technically inadequate signals and initiate troubleshooting techniques. Obtain additional assistance as needed. Document barriers to resolution.
  • Maintain monitoring equipment in clean and organized condition.
  • Participate in departmental in‑services and continuing education.
  • Encourage teamwork through interdepartmental communication and constructive problem resolution.
  • Provide training for new Sleep Technicians and student preceptors.
  • Score sleep records according to department guidelines.
  • Maintain registration in good standing by completing the necessary CEU requirements (10 CMEs or equivalent per year) as established by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.

Additional Functions

  • Participate in storage and archiving of records.
  • Participate in departmental in‑services, monthly staff meetings, and continuing education.
  • Monitor supply inventory and notify designated individuals in case of shortage.
  • Assist in report typing, distribution, filing, and record storage duties as needed.
  • Provide consistent feedback and suggestions for improvement to Resource Coordinator and/or Manager.
  • Provide written and/or verbal feedback to Resource Coordinator on Sleep Technician and/or student preceptor’s performance.
  • Provide testing information, reassures, and relaxes patients (as appropriate), and prepares patients for their procedure. Provides assistance to older adults as needed through assessment of impairments that affect testing procedures.
  • Provides basic personal hygiene assistance to any patients as needed.
  • Requires interaction with patients of all ages (pediatric, adult and geriatric).

Qualifications

Required
  • Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) or Registered Respiratory Care Technologist (RRT).
  • Certified in basic cardiac life support (BCLS).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of the International 10‑20 system of electrode placement.
Preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree or additional training in electroneurodiagnostics, anatomy, or successful completion of certification in allied health school.
  • Prior sleep tech experience, ideally at a facility accredited by the AASM.

Position Summary
The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) II will perform research activities using approved techniques. DOCS Health is seeking General Dentists, Endodontists, and Oral Surgeons to join our team in providing essential dental exams and treatments to our Military Service Members. Participate in mandatory deployment readiness weekend events across the country. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining the dental health of our brave soldiers, ensuring they are ready for duty. DOCS Health delivers dental care to military service members in the following reserve components:

  • U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
  • Army National Guard (ARNG)
  • U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
  • U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
  • U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
  • Air National Guard (ANG)
  • U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)

Responsibilities

  • Perform exams/screenings
  • Provide comprehensive dental treatment including restorative, endodontics, and oral surgery
  • All supplies, materials, and equipment provided

Requirements

  • Active state Dental License, with no restrictions
  • CPR/BLS Certification
  • Comfortable working with mobile dentistry and equipment - preferred
  • Experience working with military - preferred
  • Proficient with computer programs
  • Must have weekend availability

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly driven, knowledgeable, and strategic Pharmacy Infusion Sales Executive to lead business development efforts across a dynamic territory. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has deep relationships within infusion therapy, specialty pharmacy, and provider networks. You will be responsible for growing our infusion and specialty pharmacy services by identifying new referral sources, engaging prescribers, and creating strategic partnerships with physicians, health systems, and payers.

This is more than just a sales role — it's an opportunity to help transform access to high-quality, cost-effective specialty therapies delivered in the home or ambulatory setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive New Business : Identify and cultivate new prescribers, referral partners, and health system opportunities for specialty and infusion services (biologics, anti-infectives, TPN, oncology).
  • Account Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including physicians (e.g., rheumatologists, neurologists, oncologists), practice managers, discharge planners, case managers, and specialty clinics.
  • Territory Development : Execute territory plans focused on high-growth potential, aligned with corporate priorities and reimbursement trends.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with clinical, operations, and reimbursement teams to ensure seamless onboarding and optimal patient experience.
  • Education & Promotion : Deliver impactful presentations and clinical overviews to educate providers on product/service offerings, prior authorization workflows, and infusion site options (home, alternate site, clinic).
  • Pipeline & Reporting : Maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools. Accurately forecast growth and provide territory insights to senior leadership.
  • Market Intelligence : Stay informed on payer trends, competitive landscape, reimbursement changes, and therapeutic advances in specialty pharmacy.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of successful sales experience in specialty pharmacy, home infusion, pharmaceutical sales, hospice or home health sales.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving provider referral growth.
  • Deep knowledge of specialty drug distribution, site-of-care dynamics, and reimbursement models
  • Strong existing relationships with infusion prescribers and referral sources in assigned territory.
  • Highly organized with CRM discipline and strong territory planning acumen.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Dosimetrist, you will work under the supervision of the Lead Physicist to assist the Radiation Oncologist in providing safe and effective treatment to radiation therapy patients. Every day you will perform specific duties under the overall direction of medical physicists and direct supervision of the Lead Medical Physicist, ensuring precise treatment planning and delivery. You will also be responsible for renewing credentials annually and adhering to ethical standards. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, a strong understanding of radiation oncology principles, and the ability to work collaboratively within a highly specialized team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety.

  • Designs accurate treatment plans by means of computer and/or manual computation that delivers prescribed radiation doses as prescribed by the treating radiation oncologist.
  • Preforms, verifies and documents calculations for the delivery of the prescribed dose and subsequent documentation in patient files and verifies accuracy of calculations using guidelines established by the medical physicist.
  • Assists in the simulation process to ensure optimal patient position, immobilization and adequate scans for treatment planning.
  • Participates with aspects of high and low dose brachytherapy procedures that include (but not limited to) implanting of brachytherapy devices, planning, calculations, and quality assurance measures in compliance with hospital, state and federal regulations.
  • Assists in quality improvement and quality assurance programs/procedures done by the medical physicist to ensure the accuracy and safety of treatments.
  • Participates in continuing education of treatment planning techniques, current advances in medical dosimetry and the clinical development and implementation of new therapy techniques in the department.
