This Role:

The Senior Dredge Project Manager is responsible for leading large-scale, complex dredging and marine construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role owns project execution, financial performance, client relationships, and field coordination while serving as a senior operational leader across Curtin's dredging portfolio. What You'll Do:

Project Leadership & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end execution of Curtin Maritime dredging projects from award through final acceptance
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects or large complex programs with full accountability for schedule, budget, safety, and quality
  • Serve as primary client interface and represent Curtin Maritime at all project meetings
  • Oversee mobilization, execution, and demobilization planning and logistics
  • Proactively identify change orders, differing site conditions, claims, and REAs and lead negotiations with clients

Financial & Performance Management

  • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls in coordination with Finance
  • Monitor production rates, equipment utilization, and labor efficiency to maximize margin performance
  • Track project KPIs including productivity, safety performance, and schedule adherence
  • Lead recovery plans for at-risk projects

Operational Coordination

  • Coordinate closely with Dredge Superintendents, Port Captains, Engineers, Crewing, HSSE, Survey, Yard Operations, and Field Teams
  • Manage subcontractors, equipment vendors, and third-party service providers
  • Oversee daily reporting, production tracking, and quality control documentation
  • Ensure compliance with USACE, regulatory, environmental, and contractual requirements

Technical & Preconstruction Support

  • Provide senior-level technical expertise to Estimating during bid development
  • Support production planning, means and methods development, and constructability reviews
  • Review dredge plans, survey data, production reports, and technical deliverables
  • Participate in post-project reviews and lessons learned initiatives

Leadership & Development

  • Mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Field Engineers
  • Support training initiatives and SOP development across dredging operations
  • Promote Curtin's safety culture and operational standards
  • Act as a senior leader within the Marine Construction group

Who You Are:

Experience & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Project Management experience in dredging, marine construction, or heavy civil marine work
  • 8+ years of direct dredging project leadership strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management preferred
  • USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) Certification preferred
  • OSHA 30 and EM 385-1-1 preferred
  • Primavera P6 scheduling experience preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of dredge operations, marine equipment, survey workflows, and production planning

Technical Capabilities

  • Proven ability to manage complex dredging programs with minimal oversight
  • Strong understanding of marine construction logistics and vessel operations
  • Experience managing project controls, CPM schedules, and cost forecasting
  • Ability to interpret survey data, drawings, and production reports

What You'll Do

  • In conjunction with the Chief Engineer Lead the day-to-day operation of the Engineering department and serve as a hands-on resource for the team.
  • Lead, train, coach, and develop Engineering team members so they have the knowledge, tools, and confidence to do their jobs safely and effectively.
  • Maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment where people feel supported, respected, and empowered to take ownership.

  • Assist with the preparation and management of the Engineering department budget, forecasts, purchase orders, and capital improvement projects.
  • Evaluate repair and replacement needs and make recommendations based on safety, operational needs, guest impact, and cost effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records related to inspections, licenses, contracts, preventative maintenance, work orders, and other required documentation.
  • Ensure Engineering staff follow applicable safety, EPA, HazCom, OSHA, and hotel procedures.
  • Maintain appropriate security and key-control procedures within the department.
  • Order, receive, and maintain appropriate levels of parts, tools, supplies, and materials.
  • Keep Engineering workspaces, storage areas, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and ready for use.
  • Communicate regularly with hotel leadership and other departments regarding maintenance projects, operational concerns, and property needs.
  • Work closely with Housekeeping, Front Office, Food & Beverage, and other departments to quickly address issues that impact guests or operations.
  • Participate in hotel meetings, safety initiatives, and special projects.
  • Perform the essential functions of positions within the Engineering department when needed.
  • Complete other duties as assigned, including cross-training and supporting other areas of the hotel. 

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience in hotel, institutional, commercial, or related engineering/facilities environments preferred.
  • 2–3 years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
  • HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or related trade experience required.
  • HVAC certification, refrigeration certification, or journeyman-level experience preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of building systems, life-safety systems, preventative maintenance, and general engineering practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems, identify solutions, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coach and develop a diverse team.
  • Basic computer and administrative skills, including the ability to maintain records, work orders, schedules, and departmental documentation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, vendors, and hotel leadership.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.

Physical Requirements

This is a hands-on position that requires the ability to safely perform a variety of physical tasks throughout the hotel.

The position regularly requires:

  • Standing and walking for extended periods across a variety of surfaces.
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling, crawling, stooping, twisting, and reaching.
  • Climbing stairs, ladders, and step stools and maintaining balance while doing so.
  • Using hand tools, power tools, equipment, and other maintenance-related materials.
  • Reaching overhead and extending arms to perform repairs or retrieve supplies.
  • Pushing and pulling equipment and materials weighing up to approximately 100 pounds.

Individually and together, our employees are dedicated to satisfying the mission* *of our organization which is an unwavering commitment to excellence as we care for the sick and injured; educate physicians, nurses and other health care providers; and improve access to care in the communities we serve, regardless of a patient's ability to pay for health care.*The Endoscopy Technician performs a variety of duties related to the care of patients, care and maintenance of GI Flexible Endoscopes and Accessories, and provides technical support to the nursing staff and physicians of the Endoscopy Unit.**JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Performs care and maintenance of GI Endoscopes.* Performs set up and breakdown of procedures in GI procedure rooms according to procedural and/or physician requirements.* Provides intra-procedure assistance to nurses and physicians performing routine, advanced and emergent procedures in the GI Lab but also OR, critical care units, and emergency care unit.* Assists with transport of patients between pre/post procedure area, procedure rooms and patient care areas.* Clean, disinfect or calibrate scopes and other endoscopic instruments according to manufacturer recommendations and facility standards.* Maintain working inventories of endoscopic equipment and supplies.* Anticipate physician needs to ensure excellent patient care and safety throughout the endoscopic procedure.* Provide the patient with physical and emotional support throughout their encounter.* Troubleshoot issues pertaining to endoscopes as well as all instruments used during the procedure.* Assists with ordering and restocking of supplies.* Assist with scheduling patients as well as inputting information in the GI database. Control flow of daily schedule by communicating with office staff, surgery coordinators and physicians for same day patients and accuracy of next day's patients.* Assists in the observation area: document vitals, retrieve clothes, contact the family member person providing transportation home.* Performs pre-op phone calls to patients with specific instructions regarding procedure, based on department guidelines.* Performs post-op calls to patients in accordance with Studer guidelines.**PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS:**Sits up to 2 hours per day; 1 hour at a time. Stands for up to 8 hours per day; 4 hours at a time. Walk 6 hours per day; 10 minutes at a time. Consistantly lift, push and carry objects up to 75 lbs. Transport patients weighing up to 500 lbs. via wheelchair, bed, and/ or stretcher with assistance when appropriate. Consistently pull up to 10lbs. Frequently pull up to 250lbs. with assistance when appropriate. Frequently stoop, bend, crouch, kneel and climb. Frequently reach above shoulder level. Occasional crawling. Must be able to perceive attributes of an object through touch. Frequently finger and handle objects. Occasionally firmly grasp, twist, and turn objects with hands and fingers. Must be able to hear as it relates to normal conversation; high and low frequencies. Must be able to see as it relates to general, near, far, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and visual monotony (e.g., computer screen).**EDUCATION:**High School Graduate or GED Equivalent. Specialized training and experience in processing instruments, especially Flexible Endoscopes a plus.**TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE**:Planned 4 to 6 weeks of orientation to the Endoscopy Suite by an endoscopy technician or professional nurse; ongoing in-service programs and on-the-job experiences/training.
