About the Role

Pay Rate: Up to $21.25/hour


Available Shift Times:

  • Sunday to Thursday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Tuesday to Saturday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Sunday to Thursday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
  • Tuesday to Saturday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a forklift, electric pallet jack, pacer or other machinery used for transporting or shipping goods.
  • Load, unload, pack, and unpack stock of product or pallets from incoming vehicles.
  • Transport, retrieve and/or relocate stock of product or pallets to workstations or other assigned locations within the warehouse.
  • Label and sort incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of incoming and outgoing items.
  • Inspecting equipment before and after use to ensure it's in good working order.
  • Identifying damages and reporting shortages or quality deficiencies.
  • Cleaning equipment after use and disposing of any collected scraps or waste.
  • Carefully handle and dispose of hazardous waste materials whenever necessary.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • This role includes responsibility for ensuring products are handled, stored, and distributed in a manner that maintains their safety, quality, and legality. Team members are expected to follow all standard operating procedures, report any concerns related to product condition or integrity, support traceability through accurate record-keeping, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and product safety awareness.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers within designated territories, focusing on retailer and dealer networks, to drive sales and promote flooring and countertop products.

Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and/or Experience requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Previous sales experience is a plus
  • Industry experience is beneficial but not required
  • Strong math skills for calculating discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, area, and volume.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM platforms preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

About the Role

 

We are seeking a Technician I, FSQA-Bakery to join our team. As a Technician I, FSQA-Bakery, you will be accountable for supporting food safety and quality assurance programs through inspection, sampling, testing, documentation, and process verification activities. This role is vital to ensuring products meet Aspire Bakeries' food safety, quality, regulatory, and customer requirements while supporting compliance with the Aspire Integrated Management System (AIMS).

Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)

 

  • Conduct food safety and quality inspections, sampling, testing, and documentation to support compliance with AIMS programs and regulatory requirements.
  • Verify manufacturing processes, critical control points (CCPs), critical-to-quality control points (CTQs), and preventive controls are being followed.
  • Identify, report, and support resolution of food safety and quality non-conformances, including product hold activities.
  • Evaluate finished products through sensory, physical, packaging, coding, and labeling verification processes.
  • Perform GMP, hygiene, allergen, traceability, and pre-operational inspections to ensure bakery compliance standards are met.
  • Support Food Safety and HACCP programs through monitoring, verification, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Communicate food safety, quality, personnel safety, and equipment concerns promptly while promoting a safe and compliant work environment.

 

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

 

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

As an FSQA Technician II, you will be accountable for ensuring food safety, quality, packaging, and labeling compliance through inspections, audits, monitoring activities, and verification programs.
