With moderate supervision, the Retail Keyholder assists the store management team in executing and supervising all store activities. This position ensures products are easily accessible and purchasable, boosts sales by sharing product and gaming knowledge with guests, maintains a clean and organized shopping environment, and fosters guest loyalty and repeat business.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide best-in-class guest service: promptly greet guests, respond to guest questions/concerns promptly, effectively, and courteously, assist guests in meeting their video gaming needs, inform guests about special promotions and the trade-in program, recommend additional items as appropriate, apply all selling behaviors during each transaction, and express gratitude to every guest for choosing GameStop. Prioritize guests over tasks and demonstrate this commitment by circulating throughout the store.
  • Support the overall shopping environment, including visual and operational elements, and nurture guest relationships that lead to sales and repeat business.
  • Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the Point-of-Sale (POS) computer system, ensuring top-notch guest service.
  • Address guest comments or questions in person or on the phone, answering phone calls promptly, courteously, and professionally to ensure every guest receives top-notch guest service.
  • Promote GameStop's unique guest benefits, such as the new title reservations program and the Pro Rewards guest loyalty program.
  • Ensure that all areas of the store, including restrooms, are clean, organized, and merchandised according to company guidelines. Ensure all store fixtures and equipment are in proper working order.
  • Complete Omni-Channel orders daily.
  • Safeguard company assets through effective inventory control and loss prevention practices, including scam awareness, safety best practices, and making bank deposits as required.
  • Conduct store inventory counts, stock/restock merchandise on shelves and fixtures, and move products from the stock room to the front of the store to ensure that all products in the store are represented, organized, and alphabetized on the selling floor.
  • Support store management in meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrink goals and complete required administrative and operational duties.
  • Count, balance, and reconcile daily business transaction totals accurately in the POS system. Ensure that all closeout paperwork for daily business transactions and bank deposit slips are completed correctly and accurately. Assist management in ensuring the store has sufficient cash and change for sales transactions. Make daily bank deposits following established guidelines.
  • Check shipments for discrepancies or shortages and record any discrepancies in the POS system. Report any discrepancies to the Store Manager / Store Manager 2 /Assistant Store Manager as needed.
  • Process defectives/recalls, and stock pulls accurately and promptly, ensuring that all boxes are properly labeled and include packing lists.
  • Visually inspect associates' and leaders' packages and/or belongings at store closing or at the end of a shift.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to Sales Associates in the absence of management.
  • Consistently adhere to GameStop policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, all policies and procedures in the Associate Handbook and the Code of Standards, Ethics & Conduct.
  • Follow all opening and closing procedures.
  • Observe associate performance and provide timely and appropriate feedback to the store management.

Qualifications*

Pay Range: $64.04 - $120.27 per hour*

Below is a general outline of some of the roles and responsibilities expected of our Team Members (this list is not all inclusive):


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Managing the cash register throughout the shift, ensuring the money stays balanced and customers are assisted in a fast and accurate manner
  • Stocking products on shelves and making sure the store looks clean and professional at all times
  • Ensuring prompt, efficient and courteous customer service to store customers, vendors, and staff at all times
  • Maintaining a clean, customer friendly environment in the store and surrounding property
  • Troubleshooting and resolving car wash related issues as needed
  • Preparing shift reports at the end of the shifts as per company guidelines
  • Crossing and upselling store products and sales to assist in increasing store sales
  • Escalating all high-priority issues to their immediate manager
  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed
  • Communicate verbally and in writing with various management on store operations in a quick timeline, especially if there are any changes or items that may adversely affect the store’s operations
  • Ability to read, understand, and write in the English language
  • Perform basic math including proper calculation of change, etc.
  • Have the ability to validate identification prior to selling tobacco and/or alcohol (as required under applicable laws and regulations)
  • Can lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to climb ladders as needed
  • Ability to remain calm and respond to emergencies according to policies and procedures defined by company guidelines
  • Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products
  • Ability to work in various temperature environments (coolers, outside in various weather conditions, and in the station)

Employee Incentives:

  • Employees that are with us for 6 months to 3 years = 0.10 cents off a gallon of fuel
  • Employees that are with us for 3 years to 5 years = 0.30 cents off a gallon of fuel
  • Employees that are with us for 5+ years = 0.40 cents off a gallon of fuel
  • MAXIMUM 20 GALLONS AND 2 FILL UPS PER WEEK

Additional Info:

  • Must be 18+ years old to work 1st and 2nd shift
  • Minimum of 21 years old to work 3rd shift

Join Us as a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

As an RBT, you’ll provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. You’ll work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a collaborative care team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver individualized therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based
  • Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans
  • Use electronic tools such as CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
  • Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive ongoing feedback and supervision
  • Maintain program books and develop teaching materials
  • Communicate progress to parents and caregivers
  • Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, eating) as needed

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation
  • RBT certification is preferred, but not required — if you're positive, motivated, and eager to learn, we’ll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
  • Prior experience working with children—ASD experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule
  • Physically able to perform job duties (e.g., kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs., moving with children)

Work Location:

This position will provide in-home services to clients located within a radius of approximately 30 miles from your home. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be comfortable traveling between client locations. We offer premium pay for sessions scheduled after 5 PM, as well as paid drive time between clients, and weekly BCBA supervision.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $23–$40 per hour.
