Basic Qualifications

  • 3-5 years combined experience in retail, merchandising, category, pricing, logistics, supply chain, procurement, and distribution.

  • Directing others in performing designs for various roadway infrastructure projects based on AASHTO, SHA and local municipality requirements; reviewing and managing designs prepared by others
  • Participating in project/contract scoping, fee development, contract negotiations, and execution
  • Participate in business development for the preparation of expressions of interest and technical proposals for future work
  • Coordinating with contractors, utility companies and government agencies

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
  • 14+ years of experience in roadway design – preferably in Maryland; Additional experience in other ATCS markets is a plus
  • Professional Engineer’s license in MD
  • MicroStation ORD and ProjectWise experience
  • Familiarity with MDOT and regional design standards, practices and policies

The role is also eligible for an annual bonus, with a target 7.5% of the employee's annualized salary.     Expectations:

    Availability Requirements:

    • Full Time – 30- 40 hours per week (5 days per week)
    • Part Time – 10- 30 hours per week (2-4 days a week)
