Position Summary

The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) plays a key role in improving students' communication, independence, and quality of life. This role provides diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services to students with communication disorders that impact their educational performance. The SLP develops and implements individualized treatment plans focused on receptive/expressive language, articulation, fluency, voice, pragmatic/social communication, and AAC supports.

You'll work closely with teachers, BCBAs, OTs, and families to ensure communication strategies are embedded across learning environments - so students can use their skills where they matter most.

What You'll Do Direct Student Support
  • Conduct comprehensive communication evaluations using standardized tools and classroom observations

  • Develop and monitor IEP goals aligned with student needs and educational outcomes

  • Provide individual, group, consultative, and classroom-embedded SLP services

  • Address speech sound production, language comprehension/expression, pragmatic/social language, fluency, voice, and AAC

  • Maintain detailed progress notes, records, and IEP documentation in compliance with IDEA and Lilac standards

Collaboration & Training
  • Partner with teachers, BCBAs, OTs, and related service providers to integrate communication supports into instruction

  • Participate in IEP meetings, family consultations, and eligibility conferences

  • Coach and train classroom teams and families on communication strategies and AAC systems

  • Support generalization of communication skills across environments and communication partners

Program & Operations
  • Maintain timely documentation and service delivery

  • Help develop visual supports, cueing systems, and classroom tools that promote independence

  • Contribute to professional development and serve as a subject-matter resource

  • Perform additional duties aligned with Lilac Learning Center's mission

What You Bring Education & Licensure
  • Master's in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an ASHA-accredited program

  • Washington State SLP license and CCC-SLP

  • ESA certification or eligibility within 90 days of hire

  • Pediatric or school-based experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills
  • Strong clinical background in pediatric communication disorders and language development

  • Familiarity with IDEA, FAPE, IEP development, and school-based service delivery

  • Skilled in data collection, progress monitoring, and documentation

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills

Physical & Operational Requirements
  • Ability to move throughout school and therapy environments; lift up to 50 lbs; respond to escalations safely

  • Valid driver's license & proof of insurance

  • CPR/First Aid (or obtained within 90 days)

  • Criminal background clearance & Livescan fingerprinting required

A Typical Day

Duties and responsibilities :
  • Supervise up to 2 teams of 2-4 MST Therapists who are compassionate, dedicated people who want to empower youth and families.
  • Works a non-traditional schedule and makes themselves available as needed to support therapists.
  • Lead, train, and support the MST team(s) via weekly group supervision and individual supervision when needed, to facilitate the following in therapists: adherence to MST principles and the MST analytic process, and competent implementation of interventions with family members and other participants in treatment.
  • Facilitate the creation of a supportive, collaborative MST team context in which therapists learn together and share responsibilities, such as on-call coverage and learning about community resources.
  • Develop engagement and ongoing collaborative relationships with stakeholders, both external in the community and within the organization
  • Promote the MST program in the community and generate referrals to the program.
  • Manage referrals to the program and manage clinician caseloads.
  • Plan and problem-solve with MST experts to guide effective implementation of MST and the ongoing program.
  • Collaborate actively with MST experts and organization leadership to foster their own supervisory, leadership, and clinical growth and development.
  • Manage and report data on clinical outcomes and program practices.
  • Deliver MST treatment to a caseload of 1-2 families, if needed.
  • All services are provided in a person-centered, trauma-informed manner.

Encorus Group is seeking a full-time Fire Protection Designer for our Springville or Depew office. In this role, you will support the design, drafting, and development of water-based fire protection systems, including fire sprinkler and standpipe systems. Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed fire protection system layout drawings using AutoCAD or other drafting software.

  • Review architectural, structural, and mechanical drawings to coordinate fire protection system layouts.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in fire protection system design and drafting.

Duties and responsibilities :
  • Supervise up to 2 teams of 2-4 MST Therapists who are compassionate, dedicated people who want to empower youth and families.
  • Works a non-traditional schedule and makes themselves available as needed to support therapists.
  • Lead, train, and support the MST team(s) via weekly group supervision and individual supervision when needed, to facilitate the following in therapists: adherence to MST principles and the MST analytic process, and competent implementation of interventions with family members and other participants in treatment.
  • Facilitate the creation of a supportive, collaborative MST team context in which therapists learn together and share responsibilities, such as on-call coverage and learning about community resources.
  • Develop engagement and ongoing collaborative relationships with stakeholders, both external in the community and within the organization
  • Promote the MST program in the community and generate referrals to the program.
  • Manage referrals to the program and manage clinician caseloads.
  • Plan and problem-solve with MST experts to guide effective implementation of MST and the ongoing program.
  • Collaborate actively with MST experts and organization leadership to foster their own supervisory, leadership, and clinical growth and development.
  • Manage and report data on clinical outcomes and program practices.
  • Deliver MST treatment to a caseload of 1-2 families, if needed.
  • All services are provided in a person-centered, trauma-informed manner.
  • Other duties as assigned. Duties and projects may be assigned or changed to meet business needs.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or a related subject area.
  • Must be either fully licensed OR have two years of MST experience.

Preferred Experience:
  • Minimum one solid year supervisory/leadership experience
  • Significant clinical experience in treating serious antisocial behavior in youth.
  • Implementation of interventions within or between systems in the youth's environment that affect or influence the behavior of youth (i.e. family, peer, school, and neighborhood).
  • Training and collaboration with outside agencies.
  • Direct use of pragmatic (i.e., structural, strategic, and functional) family therapies.
  • Individual therapy with adolescents and adults using cognitive behavioral techniques.
  • Marital therapy using behaviorally based approaches.
  • Behavioral therapy targeting school behavior and academic performance.
  • Provision of group and individual clinical supervision.
  • Must be able to work on and have knowledge of a PC (personal computer).

Responsibilities

  • Completing repairs utilizing OEM repair procedures. Ability to accurately utilize frame machines and measuring system. Ability to repair Sheet metal repairs , and structural repairs.
  • Identify and resolve parts required for repair; review repair orders, work order, and Body Shop Managers estimate notes; follow warranty guidelines; notify supervisor of any repair add-ons.
  • Adjust, replace, and repair all series of truck and trailer equipment (e.g., sheet metal repairs, fiberglass/ panel repairs, fabrication and structural welding, installation and alignment of truck cab body components, electrical and mechanical repairs, etc.).
  • Road test vehicles when necessary to ensure quality repair.
  • Maintain current knowledge of job and technical skills including truck manufacturer's repair process.
  • Perform work as outlined on repair estimates with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
  • Teardown and inspect for additional or hidden repairs.
  • Advise body shop estimator of additional damage or supplemental needs or if repairs will not be completed on time.

Qualifications

  • Welding, suspension, framework experience a plus OR willing to learn/train
  • I-CAR Certifications (preferred)
  • Certifications listed above or equivalent experience and eagerness to improve
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
