JMT's Pittsburgh Construction Management Team is seeking a CDS operators to staff existing PennDOT assignments and upcoming Pa Turnpike assignments on the Mon/Fayette Expansion Project.

Immigration sponsorship or support (e.g. H1B, F-1 CPT/OPT/STEM OPT) is not available for this position, except for qualified candidates eligible for the TN visa classification.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Review and prepare contractor's payment requests
  • Manage and maintain all project documentation such as PSA reviews, SOS, DBE work, etc.
  • Assist in preparing work authorizations and work orders
  • Proficient in math and have the ability to check calculation completed by field inspectors
  • Ability to perform daily work activities in an efficient and organized manner
  • Coordinate with field staff to ensure construction operations are being properly documented
  • Assist with project closeout, prepare final invoice and preparation of project final documents
  • Organize and maintain project documents
  • Interact with client representatives, auditing firms, contractor representatives, sub-consultants, and other field staff

Working Conditions

  • Manages, coordinates and maintain timeshares, move-ins/outs, purchase orders for maintenance, annual purchase orders, tenant relations, maintenance and repair, badging, janitorial services, landscaping and parking assignments to assigned non-hospital buildings. Ensures that property files are properly maintained and kept up to date in accordance with department procedures. Responsible for small Tenant Improvement projects, which may include working with third party vendors and construction.
  • Collaboratively works with Facilities Maintenance Team for each non-hospital building on building team strategies and plans to ensure continuity of building operations. And help prepare DNV binders with onsite staff and HHFM.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Government Healthcare Consulting (GHSC) team at Mercer.

The Government Healthcare Data Manager will serve as a data team leader, working directly with actuarial, financial and data analysts, clinicians and health policy consultants, on large, complex projects.

We will count on you to:

  • Act as a project lead and partner with the client to define and manage the scope of the project, serve as an expert on data methodologies, and ensure consistency with industry standards
  • Oversee all data strategy and processing activities and provide on-going review and guidance throughout the process. Inform client and project teams on the reasons and impacts of data anomalies, exceptions on the analysis, and formulate solutions
  • Utilize SAS programming software to interpret, validate and analyze large health care data sets
  • Collaborate with client and project teams to finalize methodologies and educate clients on the impact of their policies on the data
  • Work with Mercer actuaries, clinicians, and health policy consultants using data to support the design and implementation of innovative and comprehensive solutions to emerging and/or unique challenges faced by clients
  • Work with project leaders to identify growth and development opportunities for junior data analysts on project teams. Provide guidance, oversight and mentoring to junior data staff as needed

What you need to have:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience required
  • 10+ years of healthcare claims data, project management experience required
  • 3+ years' experience leading teams
  • Experience overseeing project teams and working in a client-facing capacity
  • Experience using SAS, SQL or equivalent programming language
