The Brokerage Communications Operations team's mission is to ensure our customers receive clear, compliant, and timely information about their accounts and financial services. We collaborate across Operations, Compliance, Legal, Product, and Engineering to plan, build, and execute various mass customer communications. Our team operates with precision, high ethics, and a shared commitment to making complex regulatory requirements understandable and seamless for our users. As a Brokerage Communications Specialist, you will play a key role in managing the full lifecycle of regulatory customer communications for the broker-dealer and affiliated entities including Trump Accounts, one of the newest and most nationally visible programs in our product lineup. You will own the day-to-day execution of communications for this work planning, drafting, routing for approval, and validating delivery while partnering with senior leadership, who hold the primary relationships with our external government and program partners, to ensure communications reflect their guidance and requirements. You'll have direct exposure to those conversations and help translate external input into compliant, customer-ready messaging. In this role, you will collaborate with Operations, Product, Senior Leadership, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance to ensure all Trump Accounts and Robinhood messaging is precise and compliant. Additionally, you will participate in our 24/7 on-call rotation, responding quickly to critical operational events and drafting urgent communications. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Brokerage and Clearing Communications within our Market Operations org, and offers rare, ground-floor exposure to a program with national visibility building trust and transparency with millions of customers along the way!

This role is based in our Chicago, IL, Denver, CO, Lake Mary, FL, and New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. What You'll Do

  • Manage the full lifecycle of regulatory mass customer communication campaigns, including defining project scopes, timelines, and communications schedules, and drafting clear customer notices.
  • Participate in the team's 24/7 on-call rotation, responding to operational incidents, drafting urgent customer-facing messaging, and coordinating key communications with leadership.
  • Validate the successful delivery of required customer communications using data and reporting tools to ensure regulatory compliance for trade confirmations, statements, and disclosures.
  • Maintain comprehensive and organized delivery evidence to support audits, exams, and regulatory reviews.
  • Partner with Compliance, Legal, Senior Leadership, and other departments to manage competing priorities across daily operational communications and concurrent regulatory projects.

What You Bring

  • Hold Series 7 and Series 24 licenses, and bring 3+ years of experience in a financial services operations and regulatory compliance environment.
  • Demonstrate exceptionally polished written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear regulatory notices and present updates to senior leadership.
  • Show strong project coordination and self-starter skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent timelines and adapt to changing regulatory deadlines.
  • Feel comfortable working with structured data and AI-powered tools to pull, analyze, and reconcile datasets across operational systems.
  • Display high attention to detail, a proactive approach to identifying operational improvements, highly collaborative and strong relationship management skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Under the direction of the Program Manager, the Time Limited Subsidy Case Manager formerly known as Rapid Rehousing Case Manager will provide services to homeless transition aged youth (18-24 years old). The Rapid Rehousing Case Manager will be responsible for assessing needs and connecting youth to housing that is appropriate for their needs. This may include (but not be limited to) crisis/bridge, housing, permanent supportive housing, shared, or general affordable housing. The Rapid Rehousing Case Manager will assist youth in managing their own lives and achieving goals as established in their Individual Action Plan. Provide each youth on case load with referrals for services that includes Mental/Physical Health Provisions, mainstream benefits, education, employment, and vocational training.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial intake, needs assessment, and collect the Next Step screening tool to enroll client to the Time Limited Subsidy Program
  • Carry case load of maximum of 20 -25 youth.
  • Assist clients in determining personal goals and plans to achieve such goals through the development of the Individual Action Plan (IAP), including frequency and duration of any identified support services.
  • Conduct face-to-face contact with each client on regular basis: once a week for unhoused clients and a minimum of one home visit once housing is secured.

Job Description

•The Certified Medical Assistant reports to the Outpatient Clinic Manager. Interviews patients, measures vital signs (i.e., pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height), and records or inputs information to patients' medical record. Prepares treatment rooms for examination of patients.
•Basic computer skills required. Annual competencies are required to be maintained. Possess ability to understand and implement a variety of detailed instructions in the execution of therapeutic procedures and ability to make accurate physical observation of patients. Must communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Minimum Education and Experience:

•High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of an accredited medical assisting program with one year of patient care experience preferred.

Required Licensure, Certifications, Registrations:

Responsibilities

Program Leadership: 

  • Lead the Connect For Life program, utilizing Wider Circle's developed curriculum to build trust and promote health.  
  • This means leading events, virtual and in person and creating a community of connected members. Members should, under your leadership, connect with each other, attend events frequently and support each other.

Event Planning and Hosting: 

  • Strategically plan, and host virtual and in-person events to foster relationships among members and contribute to positive wellness outcomes.
  •  Planning includes venue search, prep, and outreach to members to confirm their attendance to your events. 

Member Engagement:

  •  Proactively contact members, ensuring participation in Chapter events and various group activities, conducting one-on-one home visits, and facilitating monthly engagement.
  • Meet monthly requirements as it relates to member engagement, member attendance and helping members solve care needs. 

Documentation: 

  • Record member interactions ( all member outreach, attendance, and attempts to contact members) for effective tracking and reporting through wider circles online digital systems in a timely manner. 

Leadership Identification: 

  • Identify natural leaders within the community and invite them to serve as Wider Circle Ambassadors, enhancing member connections and event coordination. Ambassadors help support and grow communities, while encouraging a sense of purpose with our members. 

Prospective Member Outreach: 

  • Connect with potential members, developing personalized plans to enroll them in the Connect For Life program. This could be via phone, 1:1 in person engagement or at events. 

Liaison and Partnerships: 

  • Serve as a liaison, connecting members to their health plans and to each other. Support members in needs as it relates to helping them with health care services, doctor appointments or assisting them in closing care gaps. 

Accountability:

  •  Hold yourself accountable for achieving membership engagement and growth goals, monitoring success through metrics such as attendance, feedback, and other relevant data.

Additional Responsibilities: These may be required based on your location and company need.

  • Home Canvassing: Conduct in-home visits to, meet with members that you are unable to reach or to meet with them to review member needs and encouragement to get them to events.
