Orthodontic Territory Manager

As an Orthodontic Territory Manager for our established orthodontic manufacturer client, your mission is to apply comprehensive knowledge of the client's offering and promote it to accounts to facilitate trial and full integration of the client's orthodontic system, and manage existing clients. Our client is expanding to add a territory covering most of Washington State with the exception of Seattle Metro Area. Cities such as Tacoma, Olympia, Yakima, Spokane and Northern ID are included. You will sell directly to professional orthodontic business owners (practices) and their teams. Prior experience in orthodontics is invaluable, but not essential. Prior B2B success in dental is a must.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Use a consultative sales approach to demonstrate our client's solution
  • Achieve annual sales targets
  • Plan and execute an area territory plan based on your understanding of the potential of customers
  • Manage a defined geography of accounts to promote the client offering to new and existing customers
  • Utilize analytics to help drive customers' decision-making
  • Foster positive relationships with orthodontic practice team members (Treatment Coordinators, Office Managers, Assistants) within targeted practices. Build relationships within, utilizing a consultative and collaborative approach
  • Deliver Clinical Training and presentations both virtually and in person to a variety of customer types as well as internal audiences, to maximize implementation, utilization, and integration of technology and refining office processes
  • Demonstrate leadership by displaying strategic thinking, having a global and company mindset, focusing on results, acting customer-centric, and continuously developing skill sets
  • Stay active and engaged with critical orthodontic-related organizations to stay abreast of trends and changes in orthodontics that impact our business and customers
  • Orchestrate additional internal company resources to optimize the customer experience and provide ongoing promotion of the client's offering
  • Effectively and independently manage the booking of travel within company guidelines, ensuring adherence to personal expenses and expense reporting requirements
  • Be creative, self-disciplined, and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently with a high sense of urgency

Job Summary: This position will have direct accountability for the Call Center Workforce Management team. Manager will ensure that we provide high levels of service by leading the long term and short term staffing models and monitoring daily call center activities. This position is at the primary owner/liaison between call center operation and systems to ensure systems run effectively and that projects are implemented as expected. Another key focus for this position is to lead all call quality initiatives including the improvement of first contact resolution and repeat call rates. Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the management of 8-12 FTE's.
  • Ensure the most efficient/timely workforce coverage for call volumes applying queuing theory.
  • Forecast and Plan for call volumes and capacity models by type and team (internal and external partners).
  • Drive to achieve world class call metrics (Average Speed of Answer, Average Handle Time, First Call Resolution, Top Level Quality, etc.)
  • Lead the team on key telephony/customer service projects.
  • Lead operational support for key telephony system issues (like IVR, AVAYA, Verint).
  • Develop strategic planning for key corporate initiatives (like Healthcare Reform).
  • Develop daily, weekly and monthly call reports that are utilized by front line agents up through senior leadership.
  • Develop telephony reporting processes that provide accurate and timely information and analysis.
  • Lead the call center quality improvement initiatives that include raising first contract resolution and lowering customer repeat call rate.

Education/Experience:

  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

Clinic:

  • Get rooms ready for patients and prepare for allergy testing each morning
  • Calibrate PFT sensor daily
  • Escort patients to a treatment room and prepare them for the doctor’s visit
  • Assist the doctor with skin testing and other procedures as ordered
  • Send prescriptions, complete asthma care plans and discharge summaries
  • Complete documentation in the EMR system
  • Prepare and administer any medications requested by the doctor
  • Pulmonary function testing, FeNO testing, and peak flow monitoring
  • Patient education regarding medications and environmental control
  • Prepare and administer nebulized medication and patient education (if needed)
  • Scan testing sheets
  • Schedule appointments for outpatient procedures
  • Administer allergy injections and complete all duties of the shot room
  • Keep clinical area and exam rooms organized and stocked with supplies
  • Keep samples and sample bags stocked on shelves
  • Communicate with injection room staff when emergency medications are used and need to be reordered
  • Check refrigerator temperatures daily and log on chart
  • Complete all tasks in Triage when scheduled
  • Prepare patient information folders and Environmental Control packets
  • Prepare I.D. and scratch trays
  • Shut down and plug in computers (pack, if needed), and plug in otoscopes at end of day
  • Transport supplies (box) to and from satellite offices, as needed
  • Maintain and follow HIPAA policies and procedures

Injection Room:

  • Log daily refrigerator temperatures
  • Monitor shot cards monthly and discard expired vials
  • Ensure that consent forms are signed; explain shot room policies to new patients

  • Stay the required 30 minutes after last injection is given before lunch or the end of the day

Pfister Energy is seeking an Electrical Construction Manager to lead and coordinate all electrical construction activities across multiple commercial-scale rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV projects. This role provides direct field leadership to electrical crews, ensures work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project documents, codes, and company standards, and serves as the primary electrical field leader supporting Construction Managers and Project Managers.

This position requires a hands-on leader who can manage manpower across multiple sites, proactively resolve field challenges, and maintain high standards for safety, quality, and productivity while supporting aggressive project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Leadership & Crew Management

  • Lead, supervise, and support Pfister Energy electrical foremen and electricians across multiple active projects
  • Assign manpower, manage crew sizes, and adjust staffing based on schedules, productivity, and project priorities
  • Mentor and develop electrical foremen and field staff
  • Enforce Pfister Energy jobsite policies, procedures, and performance expectations

Electrical Construction Oversight

  • Oversee installation of commercial solar PV electrical systems including:
    • DC collection systems and homeruns

    • String and central inverters
    • AC collection systems, transformers, and interconnection equipment
    • Grounding and bonding systems
  • Ensure all electrical work complies with NEC, AHJ, utility, and Pfister Energy standards

Safety Leadership

  • Champion Pfister Energy’s safety-first culture across all job sites

Software Engineer
Department: Engineering

Scope
As a software engineer, responsibilities include supporting existing programs in production related to software, and supporting new developments by contributing to the design, development, modification, analysis, documentation, and testing of embedded software on hardware. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Design Activity:
    • Develop new embedded software products for power supply control, implementing modern software design principles, resolving complex technical challenges and providing innovative solutions.
    • Test software integration on development hardware.
      • Perform detailed software design activities
      • Present at design reviews
      • Provide technical assessment of software used on development programs
    • Develop test to verify software performance
    • Troubleshoot, and resolve software challenges.
    • Document developed code and tools used to support projects
    • Assists and participates in the research, design, development and testing of software and tools, to include development of new work products or enhancing existing applications, systems or embedded products
    • Read and design digital circuits using CAD tools (Altium preferred)
    • Participates in internal review of software components and systems
  • Proposal Activities:
    • Provide technical write ups for proposals related to software and communication.
    • Evaluates with compliance of design against requirement
    • Identifies or reviews risks and opportunities associated with the design concept and customer requirements.
    • Support Marketing as required on technical issues; willing to travel.
  • Sustaining/Production Activities:
    • Analyze legacy designs, providing hands on support for troubleshooting production hardware and customer returned hardware.
    • Work with Test team to maintain and update automated test environment.
    • Support developing tools to be used in production environment. 
  • Other:
    • Receives detailed instructions from immediate supervisor
    • Collaborates with project leaders and other professionals within the Engineering department
    • Builds stable working relationships internally
    • Support defining scope, schedule, and expectations for projects
    • Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained
    • Ability to work flexible hours and/or different shifts, if needed. 
    • Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including OSHA, EPA, State and Federal Regulations.
    • As the Company’s success relies on the productivity of our team and adherence to customer product schedules, an essential function of this position is the ability to arrive to work on-time, and work each day, as scheduled.
    • Perform other duties as assigned

  • This position requires access to our export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology and services.  These items are restricted under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) to U.S. Citizens, Lawful Permanent Residents of the U.S. and properly licensed foreign persons.  Therefore, employment is contingent on compliance with ITAR regulations and successfully obtaining and maintaining the necessary export authorization license from the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security, U.S. Department of State’s Office of Defense Trade Controls, or other applicable government agency.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering (or similar field)
  • 5 years’ related experience preferred.
  • Experience with C and assembly programming
  • Strong understanding of real-time embedded systems and low-level firmware
  • Experience with 8 and 16-bit embedded programming
  • Preferred experience with Atmel and Texas Instruments microcontroller families
  • Experience with electronics laboratory equipment, especially protocol analyzers
  • Experience reading electrical schematics
  • Experience with Windows and Linux
  • Exposure to aerospace domain standards such as DO-178B/C preferred.
  • Understanding of Software Configuration Management practices and tools: git (preferred)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Sound reasoning skills in risk assessment and failure analysis.
  • Possess strong understanding and working knowledge of root cause analysis techniques and effective corrective action.

Pay Range: $96,000 - $151,000 annualized salary
