Minimum Requirements

Compensation And Benefits

• At TSMC, your base pay is just one component of your comprehensive compensation package. For new hires in this position, the starting base salary typically ranges between $113,200 and $151,375 per year. The full salary range for this Job Grade extends from $113,200 – $164,100 depending on factors such as skills, qualifications, education, experience, tenure, and position level. TSMC’s total compensation package also includes market‑competitive pay, profit sharing and incentive bonuses, and tuition assistance.

The Position

At STACK, the Director, Electric Utilities reports to the Vice President, Electric Utilities and is responsible for developing and executing near‑term and long‑term strategies to help the STACK Development team integrate data center projects. Partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs are offered in Akron and in our regional centers. General outpatient services are provided throughout Northeast Ohio at various locations. In addition, the Psychiatric Intake Response Center, located within the Emergency Departments at both Akron Children's Hospitals provide access to behavioral health services 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.

This candidate will also provide services in the new Tom and Jill Zidian Family Autism Center which is located on the Akron Children's Hospital campus and will work as part of a multidisciplinary team—including psychologists, speech and occupational therapists, behavioral specialists, and social workers.
