Summary:

Essential Job Functions:

  • Handle all equipment repairs contacting vendors, gathering bids, presenting to Regional Engineer and Regional Director of Operations for approval
  • Complete all warranty submittals to corporate maintenance staff
  • Complete monthly maintenance inventory, submit supply orders to General Managers
  • Conduct room PMs with support of maintenance personnel
  • Track room PMs accurately, ensure both hotels complete all rooms every quarter
  • Coverage of daily maintenance duties when call off occurs (and/or during vacation days)
  • Daily review of pool chemical logs and maintain and service pool and spa areas including testing and recording as stated by State and City regulations
  • Must have CPO certification
  • Point of contact during all Regional Engineer visits, the Chief Engineer should spend the entire visit with Regional Engineer
  • Weekly property walks with General Manager, create list of repairs needed and delegate accordingly
  • Weekly manager meeting participation
  • Monitor Quore, ensure maintenance personnel is accurately using Quore (if applicable)
  • Actively monitor guest scores and make necessary adjustments to improve maintenance scores
  • Track expenses vs monthly budget to ensure they are in line
  • Be on-call for any and all after hours emergencies responding promptly if needed
  • Ensure QAs are PASS score for condition scores
  • Oversee houseman at both hotels and train new maintenance personnel
  • Complete any larger special projects needed by the hotel
  • Receives written work orders or verbal instructions from supervisor
  • Cleans internal areas of buildings, including sweeping and mopping
  • Maintains cleanliness of public areas, storage areas, and parking lot
  • Empties trash cans and consolidates trash for weekly pickup
  • Repairs parking lot and sidewalks with asphalt, cold patching materials and concrete
  • Operates snow removal equipment to maintain parking lots and sidewalks
  • Maintains and repairs buildings' plumbing and electrical systems, including replacing worn or defective parts such as switches and fuses
  • Maintains all fixtures and equipment according to preventative maintenance schedule, and records such as maintenance in log book and Property Preservation Calendar
  • Replaces worn or damaged parts such as hoses, wiring, and belts, in machines and equipment such as truck, street sweeper, and riding mower
  • Assists other departments with moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies
  • Keeps accurate records of key control changes
  • All other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For:

  • 6 months 1+ year of hotel maintenance experience preferred

Position Summary: The Inventory Control Associate is responsible for operating MHEs for the purpose of moving, locating, relocating, stacking and counting. Computer data entry is required for receipts, shipments and inventory maintenance. The Inventory Associate is responsible for assisting the supervisor/manager in ensuring the facility is in compliance with quality standards. As part of the DSV team, Associates are expected to meet company objectives in the areas of performance, safety, and quality. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate warehouse inventory
  • Direct customer interface to answer questions and resolve issues
  • Return material coming from customer to factory
  • Transfer material to the appropriate area

Qualifications

Specialized experience in the same or similar work described with a minimum of a Master's degree in an accredited exercise science, health science, or physical education-related discipline.

Relevant experience in long and short-range planning and coordination of new functional training and nutrition programs.

Positive attributable results from HPA work and relevant work experience in a collegiate and/or professional level athletic environment.

Experience conducting multi-domain programming such as lecture, multi-media, and practical hands-on training related to strength, conditioning, performance nutrition, and team dynamics.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years or more of demonstrable accumulated experience in developing long and short-range planning and coordination of sport- and/or mission-specific performance programs with results in NCAA Collegiate, Olympic, professional sports, and/or SOF Operators settings.

Licensure

Current certification as one of the following: Certified Athletic Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Senior Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Physical Therapist, Cognitive Performance Specialist, or Performance Dietitian.

Maintenance of one of these certifications is required.

Qualification Standards:
•Must have proper legal identification.
•Must possess alcohol awareness certificate.
•Reach, bend, stoop, wipe and climbs stairs.
•Lift or carry service trays weighting up to 50 pounds multiple times per shift.

•Walk, stand, and move about briskly during entire shift.
•Reading and writing skills are required.

  • Operate coffee equipment, maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, and stay updated on drink recipes and trends
