Summary:

Maintains and performs general repairs of buildings and maintains grounds by performing the following duties

Essential Job Functions:

• Handle all equipment repairs contacting vendors, gathering bids, presenting to Regional Engineer and Regional Director of Operations for approval
• Complete all warranty submittals to corporate maintenance staff
• Complete monthly maintenance inventory, submit supply orders to General Managers
• Conduct room PMs with support of maintenance personnel
• Track room PMs accurately, ensure both hotels complete all rooms every quarter
• Coverage of daily maintenance duties when call off occurs (and/or during vacation days)
• Daily review of pool chemical logs and maintain and service pool and spa areas including testing and recording as stated by State and City regulations
• Must have CPO certification
• Point of contact during all Regional Engineer visits, the Chief Engineer should spend the entire visit with Regional Engineer
• Weekly property walks with General Manager, create list of repairs needed and delegate accordingly
• Weekly manager meeting participation
• Monitor Quore, ensure maintenance personnel is accurately using Quore (if applicable)
• Actively monitor guest scores and make necessary adjustments to improve maintenance scores
• Track expenses vs monthly budget to ensure they are in line
• Be on-call for any and all after hours emergencies responding promptly if needed
• Ensure QAs are PASS score for condition scores
• Oversee houseman at both hotels and train new maintenance personnel
• Complete any larger special projects needed by the hotel
• Receives written work orders or verbal instructions from supervisor
• Cleans internal areas of buildings, including sweeping and mopping
• Maintains cleanliness of public areas, storage areas, and parking lot
• Empties trash cans and consolidates trash for weekly pickup
• Repairs parking lot and sidewalks with asphalt, cold patching materials and concrete
• Operates snow removal equipment to maintain parking lots and sidewalks
• Maintains and repairs buildings' plumbing and electrical systems, including replacing worn or defective parts such as switches and fuses
• Maintains all fixtures and equipment according to preventative maintenance schedule, and records such as maintenance in log book and Property Preservation Calendar
• Replaces worn or damaged parts such as hoses, wiring, and belts, in machines and equipment such as truck, street sweeper, and riding mower
• Assists other departments with moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies
• Keeps accurate records of key control changes
• All other duties as assigned

Inventory Control Associate

Location: Lake City

Position Summary: The Inventory Control Associate is responsible for operating MHEs for the purpose of moving, locating, relocating, stacking and counting. Computer data entry is required for receipts, shipments and inventory maintenance. The Inventory Associate is responsible for assisting the supervisor/manager in ensuring the facility is in compliance with quality standards. As part of the DSV team, Associates are expected to meet company objectives in the areas of performance, safety, and quality. Associates are expected to comply with all corporate and site-specific policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate warehouse inventory
• Direct customer interface to answer questions and resolve issues
• Return material coming from customer to factory
• Transfer material to the appropriate area
• Relocate material to keep and maintain inventory range and locations
• Safe use of all equipment
• Function autonomously, reporting progress and issues to supervisor/management
• Follow company policies, guidelines and procedures
• Maintain appropriate records and reports to ensure inventory control and security. Conduct physical inventory as required. Assist in conduct daily / monthly "in-house" cycle count when required, support shipping / receiving in locating missing items throughout facility.
• Perform safety audits per operation requirements. Report and correct any unsafe operations
• Participate in daily start-up and staff meetings as required. Assist supervision as needed.
• Use PC skills for e-mail and generating reports as required.
• Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to product, process, and quality system; to identify and record any problems relating to the product, process, and quality system; to initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels; to verify the implementation of solutions.
• Review/investigate issues with inbound and/or outbound functions including unloading, checking, orderly stacking, storing, order pulling, staging, labeling and loading. Ship material to the factory upon client requests inventory. Notify management when procedures require updates.
• Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area. Perform housekeeping audits per operation requirements.

• Able to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends, as required by the operation. Physical Demands:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee uses his/her hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, or crouch; talk or hear. The employee uses computer and telephone equipment. Specific vision requirements of this job include close vision and distance vision. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs while following proper lifting procedures. Must be able to stand on feet for up to 8 hours per day.

Human Performance Specialist

Responsibilities

Function as the coordinating technical expert for the Human Performance program where an HP program Manager and/or Coordinator is not available.

Assist the HP Manager (Government representative) in the performance of their duties if required.

Plan, develop, and synchronize technical training, guidance, and programmatic and policy recommendations.

Secure, protect, and enhance the readiness of all operators across the range of military operations.

Design, implement, document, and provide direct daily oversight of all human performance services for SOF operators, providing objective feedback to the HP lead, POTFF lead, and chain of command.

Perform an inventory of Human Performance supplies and resources; assist in preparing equipment and supply requisitions to replenish supplies and acquire preventive maintenance for equipment.

Oversee and advise on the training and travel of HP staff.

Develop and promulgate training materials as required by the HP program Manager, Coordinator, and/or senior-most POTFF staff member.

Collect and report all data as requested by the HP program Manager and/or Coordinator and as required by USSOCOM HQ and its POTFF staff.

Document work performed, utilization, referrals, and other information in the HP Enterprise-wide database (SPEAR).

Attend, participate in, and promote interdisciplinary meetings with POTFF staff, medical staff, and chain of command.

Utilize computers, software, and technologies as required and requested by the HP program Manager and/or Coordinator and required by USSOCOM HQ and its POTFF staff.

Qualifications

Specialized experience in the same or similar work described with a minimum of a Master's degree in an accredited exercise science, health science, or physical education-related discipline.

Relevant experience in long and short-range planning and coordination of new functional training and nutrition programs.

Positive attributable results from HPA work and relevant work experience in a collegiate and/or professional level athletic environment.

Experience conducting multi-domain programming such as lecture, multi-media, and practical hands-on training related to strength, conditioning, performance nutrition, and team dynamics.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years or more of demonstrable accumulated experience in developing long and short-range planning and coordination of sport- and/or mission-specific performance programs with results in NCAA Collegiate, Olympic, professional sports, and/or SOF Operators settings.

Licensure

Current certification as one of the following: Certified Athletic Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Senior Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Physical Therapist, Cognitive Performance Specialist, or Performance Dietitian.

Maintenance of one of these certifications is required.
