  • Highly detail-oriented and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks with limited oversight and training.
  • Ability to travel (~5%) to other major Healthpeak real estate markets as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle.

Base Salary (based upon, and subject to, candidate experience): $200,000 - $250,000 (plus generous cash and equity incentives)
