Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the safe operation of vehicle
- Deliver pre-sold products to accounts
- Rotate and place products on shelves, racks, displays, and in coolers
- Maintain courteous and respectful attitude toward customers and co-workers
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, often in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat or cold.
- Must be able to stoop, bend, lift, and twist regularly.
- Must be able to lift approximately 55 lbs (e.g., two cases of beer).
- Must be able to operate a two-handed hand truck on inclines and stairs.
- Requires frequent walking up and down stairs and inclines.

Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Active CDL Class B License in good standing.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating tractor-trailers.
- Strong safety-oriented mindset and adherence to safe driving practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, starting at 5:30 AM; end times may vary between 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Start and end time may vary, depending on route and delivery volume.)

Position Summary
Drive revenue growth and deepen AAA member engagement by developing new business, retaining existing clients, and promoting a broad portfolio of travel, membership, and financial products. This role delivers exceptional customer experiences through consultative sales, relationship management, and end-to-end travel planning for complex domestic and international itineraries. Success requires meeting sales goals, leveraging referral and lead-generation systems, and utilizing digital tools to build a strong, repeat client base.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Growth & Business Development
Generate new sales, retain existing members and grow ACG’s overall book of business through multiple product offerings.
Drive new business with competitive products and help retain The Auto Club Group’s 13+ million members.
Member Relationship Management
Establish and grow mutually beneficial relationships with AAA Members to maximize their member experience and use of AAA benefits, leading to profitable sales, revenue growth and repeat travel bookings.
Receive and champion customer concerns through to resolution.
Sales Goals & Product Expertise
Achieve assigned travel, membership, and credit card sales goals.
Sell cruises, tours, hotel accommodations, air travel, car rental, travel insurance, AAA credit cards, AAA memberships and related travel products and services.
Travel Planning & Booking Support
Prepare complex and/or large-scale domestic and international travel packages.
Complete reservations and advise clients regarding documentation requirements.
Make necessary travel arrangements, including reservations, payment collection, and document processing.
Lead Generation & Technology Adoption
Ask for referrals and build and grow a book of client business by utilizing the AAA ACG lead system.
Proactively learn and utilize AAA ACG digital and communication technologies to achieve objectives.
Required Qualifications

This is an in-office position. Employees will service ACG members in-person and are based on site in an ACG branch facility.

Our Merchandisers play a very important role at TJ Sheehan. After the beer is sold and delivered to our customer accounts, our Merchandisers stock, rotate, and properly display our products in the accounts- ensuring the end consumer can easily shop and enjoy our products. Working as a Merchandiser at TJ Sheehan you can expect to work hard in an independent setting and be held accountable for achieving your goals. Successful team members in this role will develop the skills, knowledge and experience necessary to become a Sales Representative.
*This position will cover the Onondaga County territory.
What you'll be doing:
- Ensure that all product is rotated and code policy is followed
- Ensure that all products are properly displayed according to Company standards
- Install and maintain permanent and paper Point of Sale material
- Organize and execute floor displays and placement of window neons and banners at all accounts
- Organize and execute cooler resets according to Company standards
- Maintain a regular schedule of weekly appointments with accounts in assigned area
- Being on- premise for every shift
- Develop and maintain effective customer relations
- Other duties as assigned
What you'll need to succeed:
- High School Diploma Required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Previous experience working in retail
- Ability to fulfill physical demands of the job
- Excellent oral, written and open communications skills
- Must have flexibility with schedule as days can vary
- Valid driver's license with active auto insurance
- Ability and willingness to work independently

Beechwood Sales & Service has an excellent opportunity for 2026 summer (seasonal) employment. These individuals will assist our Special Events/Marketing Departments with all summer events (i.e. the Wisconsin State Fair, Bastille Days, Brady Street Festival, etc.) from approximately early/mid June through Labor Day. This is an entry-level, hands-on role that will provide you valuable knowledge and experience in the beverage industry. We are looking for an energetic individual with a strong work ethic and a strong sense of responsibility to join and contribute to our team.
The schedule for this position is 40-hour work weeks with overtime potential, working most weekdays as well as weekend hours at our larger events. This position will start early/mid June through Labor Day/end of August.
Essential Job Functions:
- Assist our Special Events and Marketing Departments at various summer events in Southeastern, WI
- Work as Events Staff under direction of the Events Marketing Manager
- Help coordinate event activities including event setup, merchandising and inventory control
- Assist with the loading and unloading of product for delivery to events
- Operate company equipment safely and in accordance to company policies at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, co-workers, and the general public
- Maintain a positive attitude and demeanor at all times
- Other tasks as assigned by the Events Marketing Manager
Critical Physical Demands:
- Use of hand and foot controls for driving
- Walking and climbing stairs
- Two handed lifting, handling and carrying of cases from floor to overhead levels on a frequent basis.
- Pushing and pulling a hand truck and/or cart loaded with up to 300 pounds on level and inclined surfaces on a frequent basis
- Sustained squatting, kneeling, and/or bending while handling products
Measurements:
Case of 24 cans --> 15 3/4 " X 10 1/2 " X 5" --> 10 - 30 lb.
Case of 24 bottles --> 16 1/2 " X 10 1/2 " X 10" --> 25 - 48 lb.
Quarter Barrel --> 15 1/2 “in diameter, 14" long --> 87 lb.
Half Barrel --> 15 1/2 " in diameter, 23" long --> 165 lb.
What We Are Looking For:
- Working towards a four-year degree from an accredited university
- Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Ability to lift 165 pounds or more
- Ability and willingness to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work weekends and evenings with a varied schedule
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation and a safe driving record history
- Good organizational skills with ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
