A Brief Overview
Responsible for the daily coordination and delivery of physical therapy services implementing specific treatment program for individual patients and patient groups according to the principles and practices of physical therapy and established objectives of the department.
What you will do
- Evaluates assigned patients, gathering data from a variety of sources such as patient records, interviews, observation and team members.
- Develops and implements individualized treatment programs for the patients needing services. Reviews plan of care with patient. Instructs patient, family, caregivers in home program or exercise as appropriate.
- Uses selected activities and/or tasks to promote and maintain health, and to achieve treatment goals, establish and modify intervention and strategies for patients’ treatment program based on ongoing evaluation.
- Provides direct therapy services to patients using various functional settings and strategies, plans therapy within the patient’s individual physical, emotional and intellectual capabilities as indicated and coordinated with the rehabilitation, medical, and nursing care plans.
- Prepares documentation as required by the profession and the department, such as evaluation results, individualized treatment plans, progress notes, and other such reports.
- Communicates effectively with the patient, family, physician, and other disciplinary team members regarding the patient’s status, progress and needs. Attends care conferences when applicable.
- Establishes rapport and work cooperatively with interdisciplinary team members (including family/physician) throughout the patient’s intervention program.
- Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature, in-service meetings, workshops, etc.
- Oversees physical therapy assistants, techs, and students in an efficient and effective manner that ensures safe patient care and smooth departmental operation.
- Maintains knowledge of proper use of equipment for patient care.

A Brief Overview
Responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients and families. Communicates with physicians as well as other healthcare team members to provide excellent patient care.
What you will do
- Performs general nursing care to patients. Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards. Coordinates the patient care activities for the clinic.
- Prepares equipment and assists provider during procedures, treatments, examinations, and testing of patients.
- Observes, records, and reports patient’s condition and reactions to drugs and treatments to provider.
- Oversees appointment scheduling and ensures preferences are given to patients in emergency situations. Maintains timely flow of patients.
- Greets patients and prepares them for physical examination. Screens patients for appropriate information including obtaining the health history, taking vitals, and conducting a nursing assessment. Documents obtained information in patient chart. Instructs patient in collection of samples and tests.
- Responds to patient phone calls in a timely manner with appropriate input from the physician.
- Educates patients and families about diagnostic process, medications, nutrition, and maintenance of health and wellness.
- Suggests solutions to patient care crisis problems and complaints.
- Maintains exam rooms with necessary supplies and materials. Ensures cleanliness. Prepares list of medical supplies needed.
- Assures appropriate labeling of pathology specimens according to lab protocol as needed. Performs quality control and maintains records on all lab testing.

We are hiring motivated In-Home Sales Representatives (Comfort Advisors) to help homeowners replace and upgrade their heating and air conditioning systems. This role focuses on providing professional consultations and recommending HVAC system solutions based on each customer’s comfort needs.

As a Comfort Advisor / In-Home HVAC Sales Representative, you will meet with homeowners to evaluate their current heating and cooling systems and present customized replacement solutions.
Meet with homeowners during scheduled appointments to assess HVAC system replacement needs
Inspect existing heating and air conditioning equipment to determine job scope and pricing
Access HVAC equipment that may be located in attics, crawlspaces, basements, or mechanical areas
Provide professional recommendations for HVAC system upgrades and replacements
Present financing options and system solutions during the consultation
Close sales in a one-call close sales environment
Deliver a professional customer experience from consultation through installation
Work closely with installation teams to ensure a smooth project handoff
Lead flow is consistent, but volume can fluctuate depending on seasonal and weather-driven demand.
Qualifications:What You Need
- Our ideal candidate is someone who has experience in Outside Sales, One-Call-Close, in a residential in-home environment.
- Experience in the skilled trades business model is preferred; HVAC, Plumbing, Pest Control, Lawn Care, Roofing, Air Conditioning, Siding, Windows, Solar, Counter Tops, Kitchen & Baths, Security, etc.
- Proven sales track record & competitive spirit
- Ability to work weekends
- Excellent Organizational Skills & follow-up
- Working knowledge of MS Office Products
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen, MVR and background check
