Responsibilities

The position is for a 1-2 year paid fellowship working under the mentorship of Dr. Stephanie Polites in her pediatric surgical oncology research program. The application is open to research candidates, including those currently in training or have recently completed surgical or graduate training. The expectation at the end of the fellowship is that the fellow will be well prepared to become a leader in decentralized clinical trials and Healthcare AI Computer Vision/ML, either in the academic or surgical technology setting.

The ideal candidate must have expertise in fundamental biostatistical methods, evidence synthesis approaches, data structures and algorithms, Python programming language (including Tensorflow/PyTroch), Linux shell scripting, and machine learning (particularly deep learning). Expertise in Google Cloud Services (GCP) is a plus. The candidate must also be able to assist with clinical trial activities, manuscript writing, and grant writing.

A Research Fellow position in Life Sciences (LS) will require knowledge of either clinical‑based research or laboratory‑based research often obtained from a postdoctoral program. A Research Fellow at Mayo Clinic is a temporary position intended to provide training and education in research. Individuals will train in the research program of a Mayo Clinic principal investigator. Qualified individuals will demonstrate the potential for research as evidenced by their training and peer‑reviewed publications and should become competitive for national research grants. Upon background check and CCATS Executive Committee approval, Research Fellow may have patient/research subject contact directly relating to and incidental to the original research program. Qualifications

Must have a Ph.D., M.D., or equivalent doctoral degree in a field deemed relevant by the program. Research Fellow is appropriate for individuals who have completed no more than one prior postdoctoral fellowship, at Mayo Clinic or elsewhere.

The candidate must have a track‑record of publications/scientific writing and have strong proficiency in all four skills of English language, particularly experience in writing scientific manuscripts. It is anticipated that in addition to an independent research projects candidate will assist in developing the strategies specific to discovery research and deploying AI approaches for surgical care.

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a civilian Hematology Oncology Physician at the Raymond G. Murphy Medical Center in Albuquerque, NM. This HemOnc position offers:

  • Great Patient Population
  • VA Hematology/Oncology onsite coverage is M-F 40 hrs. Week (8:00 am – 4:30 pm)
  • On-call is required to cover when the clinic is closed and is split between physicians (typically 1 week and weekend per month)
  • No nights, No weekends, No holidays
  • Freedom from Malpractice Insurance Worries

Job Requirements:

The Oncologist will have the following requirements:

  • Board Certified in Hematolgoy/Oncology
  • Any State License
  • 1 year of experience or more preferred
  • BLS, ACLS

Chief Medical Officer

Consilium360, LLC is engaged in assisting our client identify a physician for the role of Chief Medical Officer. This position is a member of the Executive Team for a post acute care organization of 325 beds.

The Chief Medical Officer will serve as the clinical and overall executive lead for the medical department and plays a vital role in all clinical areas, including quality outcomes, case management, pharmacy management and overall population health for the center.

We are seeking to speak with candidates with a strong sense of urgency, refined organizational skills (oral/written communications, good follow-up, tech savvy) including the ability to lead and manage a group of medical professionals (MDs/PAs/NPs) and support staff. Per Diem Family Medicine Physician (Casual Employee)

  • “Casual Employee” (per diem, hourly clinician role)
  • Anticipated average of 8–20 patient care hours per week, with actual hours varying according to office needs

Location:

  • Seeing patients across multiple offices in Atlanta, GA
    • Including: Ponce City Market Office
  • Weekly schedule will include hours at severalclinics in Atlanta, GA
  • Candidates must be willing to work at any of these locations as needed.

What you'll be working on:

  • Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role)
  • Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
  • Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
  • Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

  • At least 2 years of primary care experience required.
  • Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Atlanta
  • The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups.
  • Can thrive in a fast-growing, mission driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes.
  • Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program
  • Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date

The hourly rate for this role is $130.00 per hour. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
