As a Sonic Multi-Unit Leader, you will be managing the operations of all General Managers and employees within multiple SONIC drive-ins. You will also be responsible for training and supporting the drive-ins’ employees to ensure we provide quality food in a clean, safe and efficient manner so that our guests will have an enjoyable experience at Sonic! The job duties include:
•Manages, trains, and coaches Working Partners/General Managers and conducts management orientation.
•Directs and assigns employees as needed to ensure all aspects of service meet operational standards
•Oversee multiple drive-in employees and management in performing all duties in the Basic Stations (Fountain & Frozen, Dresser, Front Swamp, Back Swamp, Grill, Switchboard, Expeditor, Food Prep, Carhop, Skating Carhop and if applicable Drive-Thru) as needed and depending on store volume, during a shift to ensure the preparation (portion control), temperature, packaging, appearance, presentation, taste and service of all menu items meet operational standards.
•Adheres to and monitors management compliance of the drive-in employee handbook, policies and practices.
•Takes appropriate action to address employee issues and policy violations and immediately reports all employee issues, complaints and policy violations to his/her immediate supervisor.
•Reviews employee and drive-in management work schedules in a timely manner to ensure continuous ability to properly serve guests in accordance with Sonic Drive-In policy and applicable law.
•Monitors multiple drive-in cost control procedures for food, labor, paper and inventory. Takes immediate corrective action when necessary.
•Monitors performance of vendors. Takes immediate corrective action when necessary.
•Audits drive-in employment-related records and payroll records.
•Reinforces the importance of placing guest needs first to drive-in management on a consistent basis.
•Responds to escalated guest requests and complaints in a respectful manner. Takes immediate corrective action when necessary.
•Recruits, interviews and hire management team members to achieve proper staffing levels.
•Approves compensation levels of drive-in employees and managers within company guidelines.
•Prepares all necessary operational reports for multiple drive-ins. Develops appropriate action plans to resolve unfavorable financial and/or sales trends.
•Develops and implements a marketing plan for region.
Additional Requirements:
•High school diploma or equivalent required. Advanced studies in business, restaurant management or related fields are preferred
•Minimum of three (3) years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred), experience running shifts without supervision
•Multi-unit supervision experience is preferred.
•Required to work a minimum 5 day workweek including irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays
•Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing and selection practices
•Knowledge of federal and state labor laws as well as local health and sanitation laws and regulations
•Leadership and supervisory practices and skills; effective verbal and written communication skills
•Basic accounting and computer skills
•Ability to follow directions and work with autonomy once given directions; ability to multi-task and successfully solve problems
•Problem solving, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills

Responsibilities:

Profil Recherché

The Opportunity:

Perkins Eastman has an immediate need for a Senior Technical Interior Designer or Architect. This ideal candidate will work closely with other designers and architects on the project teams to which they are assigned, to design, document and execute the project through installation. The Interior Designer will participate in envisioning, designing, and documenting interior spaces, as well as FF&E.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develops design presentations including rendered plans, elevations and 3D views.
  • Works with the lead interior designer to produce accurate technical and contract documentation for construction of a project.

  • Leads the technical coordination among consultants (MEP, AV, and Life Safety) as it relates to the interior design scope.

Required Qualifications:

Pay range:

Integration & Test Engineer/Level I: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

Integration & Test Engineer/Level II: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.

Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock, stock options, or long-term cash awards, as well as potential discretionary bonuses and the ability to purchase additional stock at a discount through an Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Jamison Professional Services, Inc. (Jamison) is currently seeking a qualified and motivated candidate for the position of PeopleSoft HCM Administrator.

Description of Services

WMATA is undergoing a multi-year Strategic Transformation to deliver safer, more reliable, and customer-focused transit across the Washington DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia region. Guided by the “Your Metro, The Way Forward” Strategic Transformation Plan, WMATA is aligning its operations, technology, organizational structure, and capital investments to meet evolving customer needs, improve efficiency, and strengthen regional mobility. This transformation addresses changes in ridership patterns, growing customer expectations, new transportation competitors, and budget challenges intensified by the Covid-19 pandemic. The initiative enhances cross-department collaboration, modernizes processes, and supports long-term sustainability and trusted service for the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

Should have PeopleSoft version 9.1 (or greater) Absence Management experience with the establishment of absence frameworks, absence calendars and configuring entitlements and Time and Labor experience defining workgroups and task groups and setting up processing rules so time is managed according to the Authorities business processes.

Required and Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Information Systems Management
  • Four (4) years of experience in systems analysis and programming in a web application environment or similar work on applications in the PeopleSoft environment.

Schedule

Standard hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a one (1) hour unpaid lunch break. However, the COTR may request temporary services for periods in excess of a seven and one half (7.5) hour day or a thirty-seven and one-half hour (37.5) hour week. Temporary personnel working six (6) hours or more are required to take a one-half hour unpaid lunch break. Overtime: Hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours in one week is considered as overtime work, all overtime must be approved by the COTR in advance.

Clearance Level Required

Employment is contingent upon successfully completing any required background checks, in accordance with applicable law.
