Position Summary

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Participate in project scope definition, project budgeting and scheduling, and high-level work sequencing before production begins. Coordinate planning across shipyards as well as project breakdown into modules and systems to ensure proper resourcing, on-time delivery, and budget adherence while anticipating risks early and providing mitigation strategies to leadership.
  • Capacity Planning: Assess workloads and facility capacities and capabilities, workforce readiness, and any related operational needs to position shipyards for successful construction while maintaining balanced workloads. Support enterprise project success by optimizing resources and leveraging data-driven earned value and data analytics for budgeting, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement.
  • Estimating & Scheduling: Review technical specifications and any required engineering artifacts to define the full scope of work, including estimating the cost for required materials, scheduling labor hours that will be integrated into production to ensure projects stay on schedule within the work packages, within cost targets, and risk mitigation for recommendations to the leadership and project teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leadership within corporate locations, U.S. shipyards, and, as directed, with the Global Company to synchronize production and planning standards across multiple shipyards, supporting enterprise-wide execution strategies for project success.

Orchestra is seeking a Vice President, Paid Media to join our Real Estate team. In this role you will think big and craft creative advertising strategies and smart media plans that drive impactful, measurable results for our clients. From leading thoughtful brainstorms to analyzing quantitative data, you will take on advertising projects from start to finish for leading companies and thought leaders across a wide range of real estate-focused businesses.

The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) – Fire Suppression will serve as a strategic finance leader for the business unit, partnering closely with the Division President and senior leadership to drive informed decision‑making and long‑term growth. This role will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management while preparing executive‑level materials for monthly ELT and Board reviews. The Director will develop reporting systems, dashboards, KPIs, and analytical tools that strengthen visibility and operational alignment across the organization. With a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and strategic insight, this leader will provide timely, relevant financial analysis that supports both daily operations and high‑level initiatives. What You’ll Do

  • Analyze monthly results and report to senior management
  • Provide variance analysis versus internal budgets and forecasts
  • Coordinate rhythms for analyzing gross margin, production spending, pricing, and SG&A
  • Analyze performance trends to update forecasts and guide the Business Unit
  • Report monthly and quarterly results in partnership with Finance/Accounting, Business Unit, and Operational teams
  • Partner with the Division President to review business unit performance, interpret financial results, and drive improvement initiatives
  • Prepare materials for monthly business reviews with the Potter leadership team, including ad‑hoc analytics
  • Complete quarterly review packages for the Board of Directors summarizing results and forward‑looking expectations
  • Develop and monitor annual budgets and build detailed forecasts supporting strategic objectives
  • Drive process improvements to enhance financial results and improve forecast/actual consolidation efficiencySupport product management through product line reporting, E&O support, SKU rationalization, and Global Product Portfolio support
  • Provide financial support for M&A and strategic investment opportunities, including integrating reporting and forecasting routines for new acquisitions
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team goals

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $150,000 and $225,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Senior Health Economists are central to the quality control of the project as well as training Health Economists through the provision of constructive feedback. Our Health Economics team deliver modelling projects to a broad range of pharmaceutical, medical devices companies and public sector and non-profit clients. You will work across different accounts spanning multiple disease areas and therefore should be able to familiarize yourself with new areas quickly.

You will also play a key role in contributing to business development by developing and maintaining excellent client relationships and identifying opportunities to provide additional services to clients within projects. There may also be opportunities to line manage and mentor our Health Economist Interns. Senior Health Economists are supported to progress to the Consultant Health Economist role, and this can typically be achieved in 1 to 2 years.

As a Consultant Health Economist, you would manage a range of projects and have full responsibility for client communication on your projects, as well as leading budgeting plans and business development efforts. In addition to technical project delivery, you would line manage team members and have internal responsibilities spanning areas such as recruitment and training.
