Job Details

Analysis:
  • Complete ad hoc analyses to inform strategic questions

Job Details

We are looking for an Embedded Software Developer – System Validation to own and operate two hardware-in-the-loop (HITL) systems. This role sits at the intersection of embedded software, FPGA, and CI/CD automation. You will ensure that both our satellite codebase and end-device SDK are thoroughly validated before deployment, working closely with DevOps and engineering teams.

This is ONSITE (Hybrid) in Seattle, WA.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own, maintain, and extend two HIL validation systems:
Satellite HITL: Consisting of FPGA HDL, embedded Linux, and application-layer code in Python.
End-device HITL: Built on BLE SOMs, validating our SDK for terrestrial and satellite communication (C/Zephyr).
Develop test strategies and automation to validate embedded software and system-level performance.
Collaborate with the DevOps team to integrate HIL systems into CI pipelines.
Create reproducible validation workflows and improve observability of test results.
Troubleshoot hardware/software integration issues across FPGA, embedded Linux, BLE stacks, and SDK layers.
Document validation frameworks, test coverage, and best practices.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Strong experience with embedded software development (C, C++, or similar).
Hands-on experience with system validation or hardware-in-the-loop testing.
Familiarity with Zephyr RTOS and BLE-based SOMs.
Exposure to HDL/FPGA, embedded Linux, and Python applications.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration with automated test frameworks.
Ability to debug across hardware, firmware, and software layers.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Maintenance Elevator Mechanics to support service operations in the West Virginia area. This role is critical to maintaining high standards of safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction across a diverse portfolio of elevator and lifting equipment.
As an Elevator Mechanic, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of elevators and related systems. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, electrical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work with complex control circuits while ensuring compliance with all applicable safety and code requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect elevators of various types and manufacturers to identify causes of malfunction and determine corrective actions
Diagnose equipment deficiencies and recommend repairs, upgrades, or component replacements
Install, maintain, and repair elevators, escalators, and other vertical transportation equipment
Analyze and resolve mechanical and electrical failures, including emergency situations
Troubleshoot control systems and mechanical components

Job Details

The Superintendent is responsible for the daily operation of a job site, including scheduling, production, and procurement of materials, manpower, and equipment. Supervises all direct labor positions on the assigned project. Manages and oversees any contracted work on the site to ensure successful project completion.

Responsibilities:
  • Studies specifications to plan procedures for construction on basis of starting and completion times and staffing requirements for each phase of construction.
  • Interacts with the Project Manager to determine the project schedule; develops and utilizes 'look ahead' schedules to assess progress and spot

upcoming issues.
  • Coordinates the pre-construction meeting with the Project Manager prior to mobilization.
  • Directs procurement of tools and materials to be delivered at specified times to conform to work schedules.
  • Ensures all parties involved with the project are informed of construction issues and progress.
  • Works with supervisory personnel and labor representatives to resolve complaints and grievances within the project work force.
  • Confers with supervisory and engineering personnel and/or inspectors and suppliers of tools and materials to resolve construction problems.
  • Inspects work in progress to ensure that work conforms to specifications and to construction schedules.
  • Manages the project based on progress reports, materials used, and costs and adjusts work schedules accordingly.
  • Works with the Manager of Craft Resources to move personnel from project to project, minimizing hiring and layoffs.
  • Works in conjunction with project manager in preparing the Project Management Plan.
  • Ensures that company policies, such as safety policies, equal opportunity, and others, are implemented consistently.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction related field or equivalent and at least 5 years commercial construction experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of construction processes.
  • Understands and applies building codes and other design requirements correctly and reads blueprints accurately.
  • Has good understanding and knowledge of subcontractors' scopes of work and tolerances.
  • Has good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Has good finish carpentry skills relevant to commercial interior work.
  • Has excellent problem-solving ability.
  • Is a team player and maintains good interpersonal relationships.
  • Has a valid driver's license and is able to travel to and from the project site.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee accounting functions, internal controls, and financial reporting to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Manage fixed asset accounting, government property tracking, and related reporting requirements.

Lead payroll, timekeeping, and benefits payment processes while ensuring compliance with tax and payroll regulations.

Direct external audits (financial, 401k, single audit, workers’ compensation) and manage corrective actions as needed.

Manage account reconciliations, collections, and cash flow forecasting.

Lead ERP/accounting system upgrades and recommend process improvements.

Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and recommendations to leadership.

Supervise and develop finance staff through training, performance management, and cross-training initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).

CPA designation required.

10+ years of accounting experience, including 4+ years in management.

Experience with U.S. government contracts and grants; GASB reporting knowledge required.

Nonprofit accounting experience a plus.

Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel expertise required).

Skills:

Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving ability.

Advanced accounting and financial software knowledge
