The Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) will leverage their strong technical background and knowledge to support the Sponsor’s system accreditation efforts, to include creating Body of Evidence (BOE) documentation, responding to/implementing/documenting required controls, and completing required tasks/actions.
 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Creating, updating, maintaining, and interpreting required Body of Evidence (BOE) documentation
  • Working with management, internal teams, and Sponsor’s authorities to successfully navigate the Sponsor’s accreditation process for all systems
  • Documenting responses to required controls and updating as necessary while maintaining a robust library of documentation, to include network diagrams for cyber defense capabilities and sensors, and making documentation available to all personnel with appropriate need-to-know
  • Maintaining, updating, and conducting routine vulnerability scanning across all Sponsor networks
  • Maintaining system baselines and configuration management items, including security event monitoring policies
  • Working with all stakeholders to ensure complete and functioning systems that meet all requirements
  • Recommending, and when approved, implementing process and policy improvements
     

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED with 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in Information Systems Security
  • Significant experience navigating the Sponsor's accreditation process and ICD 503 requirements, especially as it relates to creating A&A Body of Evidence (BOE) documentation
  • Significant experience meeting security requirements in the Sponsor's environment or similar environments
  • Experience working across a large team to drive a security agenda and working with complex, intertwined systems and data flows
  • Experience inventorying complex networks, and with network documentation (security compliance, configuration management, patching, centralized authentication, removable media, etc.)
  • Experience creating, maintaining, and communicating complex information technology documentation, particularly network and security documentation
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP certification)
  • Experience with the Sponsor’s primary cyber risk and compliance automation tools
  • Self-starter with excellent people skills - able to work across teams, organize meetings/boards, and drive change throughout an organization

  • Provide high quality care to patients in the transport environment under the direction of the Program Medical Director and the referring and/or receiving Physician in accordance with Critical Care policies, protocols and standards of care.
  • Autonomously evaluate critically ill or injured patients of all age groups (pediatric through adult), provide therapeutic intervention, emergency interventions, and preparation for transport (via ground or helicopter) from hospitals or accident scenes.
  • Collaborate with other members of the team, including, drivers, coworkers, leadership, other healthcare partners and customers.
  • Assess for and detect changes in the status of patients and demonstrate a proactive approach to solving patient and family problems.
  • Plan, organize and position equipment and supplies for use in emergency conditions before, during and after transport.
  • Maintain complete and accurate records, participate in quality assurance programs, perform data collection and participate in any special projects.
  • Maintain clinical proficiency across all aspects of the Critical Care Division's scope of practice including care of patients with neurological emergencies, cardiac emergencies, pediatric emergencies, obstetrical emergencies, traumatic emergencies, and any other patient populations transported by the Critical Care Division.
  • Perform all physical requirements of job in confined spaces and under adverse environmental conditions.
  • Complete transports initiated with in the time frame of the scheduled shift, understanding that completion of these transports might require extend beyond normal work hours.
  • Participation in all required didactic, clinical and lab education programs and maintenance of all required certifications and licenses.
  • Maintain clinical competency in all critical care procedures and equipment, including but not limited to ventilators, IV pumps, dopplers, chest tubes, hemodynamic monitoring, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pumps, ventricular assist devices, Impella cardiac assist devices, transcutaneous/transvenous pacers, external ventricular drains, and advanced airway management.
  • Complete and maintain currency in all areas of safety education as required by Superior Ambulance, contracted aviation operators and other healthcare partners.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills with all external and internal customers, including patients and their families, hospital staff, the community, other Superior Ambulance staff and Critical Care administration. Represents the CCT program and Superior Ambulance in a professional manner.

Qualifications

ENTRY-LEVEL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Minimum 2 years of ALS experience
  • State EMT-P License
  • AHA BLS Certification
  • Possess a valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record and must be able to safely operate a vehicle in various conditions, including daytime, nighttime and inclement weather.

DESIRED

  • National Registry Paramedic
  • ACLS, PALS, NRP, & Trauma (PHTLS, ITLS) Certification
  • FEMA Certifications (100,200,700,800,HazMat)
  • CCEMTP Certification or completion of CCP course with 12 hrs CCT CE annually
  • Critical Care Transport Board Certification (FP-C or CCP-C)
  • Experience managing ventilators, IV pumps, & chest tubes

We are currently searching for a Small Mill Welder to be based out of Harvey, IL, located approximately 30 miles south of Downtown Chicago. Reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor, the Small Mill Cutoff Welder will be responsible to operate and set up welders and floopers on Mills.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, processing steel. Experience in lean manufacturing or business system-based company is a plus.

What you'll do:

  • Maintain a clean, safe and efficient workplace by following 5S, Standard Work and wearing all required PPE.
  • Assist in loading steel coils on reel as required.
  • Inspect steel width, gauge, and quality before and after welding.
  • Wire brush rusty steel before welding.
  • Perform repetitive welding operations using gas, TIG, Arc and Newcor welding processes; weld the end of one steel coil or tube to the beginning of another using down position welding and limited vertical welding.
  • Operate uncoiler and fee stock into floop.
  • Assist Operator in changeovers; setup welder and floop.
  • Band reject coils and keep the working area clean.
  • Add alkali as required.
  • Make out steel usage report.
  • Help clear out foldup and when required, follow weld through mill.
  • Notify the Operator when the weld starts through the mill.
  • Maintain welding electrodes and lubricate welder as necessary.
  • Clean zinc pot, add zinc as required and change entry/exit blocks on changeovers.
  • Replenish oxygen supply at zinc pot and remove empty cylinders to proper location.
  • Maintain proper operation of air ring.

  • Strong sense of time organization and sense of urgency, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to pass the post offer employment process with drug screen
