Overview of A6 West Neurology: Imagine yourself as part of our dynamic team on A6 West Neurology, a 36-bed med-surg neuro tele unit specializing in providing exceptional care to patients with various neurological conditions. We focus on stroke care and manage diverse conditions including myasthenia gravis, encephalopathies, dementia, brain, and spinal tumors. What makes us unique is our exclusive Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU), where patients undergo 24/7 monitoring for seizure activity. In the EMU, we conduct tests such as tilt table testing, strobe light testing, sleep deprivation, and medication adjustments to diagnose epilepsy and tailor treatment plans, making a tangible impact on our patients' lives.

Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with the requirements of the department and the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. Collaborating with medical providers and the care team, you will provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, following established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." You will also act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.
What you will do in this role:
Role Summary: Provides leadership which facilitates the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Implements medically prescribed interventions.
- Assess the patient's condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
- Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s), and ensure thorough and timely documentation of care administration in the patient's medical record. - Administer prescribed medications, monitor the patient for therapeutic response, and take appropriate action in the event of an unintended response to the medication.
- Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipating patient needs, and resolving them.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the patient's medical condition, treatment plan, medications, possible side effects, and follow-up measures, ensuring complete understanding by translating complex medical terminology.
What qualifications you will need:
- Required Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Preferred Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Required License/Certifications: Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC (Enhanced Nurse License Compact) license may apply, licensee should confirm with NCBON. BLS Healthcare Provider
- Preferred License/Certifications: National Certification in area of specialty
- Preferred Experience: One year hospital nursing experience

Do you have a head for numbers and enjoy being an integral part of solving mission-critical, real-world problems? Do you like working with geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) data? If so, you’ll love working with us! Our solutions require innovative approaches that integrate bespoke capabilities and tools to solve our customers most complex challenges. We’re seeking an experienced AI/ML engineer to work across the full analytical workflow—from data acquisition and model development to pipeline evaluation, application prototyping, and hardware-based solution implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to multi-discipline AI/ML engineering teams using multi-INT data (with emphasis on GEOINT) to design, implement, and evaluate machine learning solutions
- Engineer and transform diverse data types to support all phases of the AI/ML workflow
- Architect, develop, and integrate novel AI/ML models (e.g., semantic activity detection, geospatial analytics, signal processing, and computer vision)
- Design, implement, and assess various geospatial AI/ML solutions across hardware and software stacks
- Stay current on AI/ML advances from industry and academia, applying them to government mission challenges
- Provide subject matter expertise, mentoring, and strategic advice to government and internal teams on AI/ML trends, approaches, and delivery strategies
- Communicate progress, results, risks, and challenges to government clients, partners, and project leadership
- Support program execution by integrating diverse data science skillsets, managing sprint projections, assessing risks, and occasionally traveling for meetings and demonstrations
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. citizen with an active TS/SCI and the ability to obtain a CI polygraph.
- B.S. in Data Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years designing, developing, testing, and deploying AI/ML models across diverse data types
- Minimum 2 years of experience with low-shot learning, robust ML, spatial trajectory analytics, and cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and AI/ML services (e.g., SageMaker, Watson Studio)
- Experience working with remote sensing and geospatial datasets, including EO/SAR imagery, sensor-based data streams and familiarity with government collection platforms.
- Experience with modern development practices, including version control, and CI/CD
- Strong communication skills demonstrated through technical writing and speaking engagements (e.g., briefings, conference presentations), with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Competence with Linux environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Data Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proficiency with the Python data science stack (e.g., numpy, pandas, matplotlib, sklearn) and geospatial libraries (e.g., gdal, geopandas, shapely) or equivalent
- Experience with a designing and implementing a wide variety of geospatial trajectory processing, analysis (e.g., forecasting), and visualization approaches
- Ability to design and implement compute hardware and infrastructure solutions to support both client and backend AI/ML applications

Candidates with the minimum necessary experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skillsets for the position should not expect to receive the upper end of the pay range.
The base pay for this position within California, Colorado, Hawaii, New Jersey, the Washington, DC metropolitan area, and for all other states is:
