Atlantic Health, a leading non-profit healthcare network in New Jersey, is excited to invite a Neurologist to join our growing Epilepsy Division within the Department of Neuroscience. The incoming Neurologist will be an integral part of our team of 50+ Neurologists and dedicated support staff, contributing to the growth and success of our Epilepsy Division. This exceptional opportunity spans across Atlantic Health Overlook Medical Center and Atlantic Health Morristown Medical Center, both Level 4 epilepsy centers and recognized as pioneers in medical innovation, providing advanced diagnostics and treatment options. This role offers an ideal work-life balance, featuring flexible scheduling and a limited call schedule.

The ideal candidate will have successfully completed a 2-year epilepsy fellowship from an accredited program. This specialized training will enable the Neurologist to proficiently assess and treat seizure disorders in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The candidate will possess the skills to interpret electroencephalography (EEG) studies, including the analysis of long-term video EEG studies. Additionally, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying suitable candidates and overseeing the workup process for the placement of antiepileptic devices. Collaboration is key, as the successful candidate will build robust relationships with referring physicians and seamlessly integrate with our existing staff physicians to further enhance the cohesiveness of the Epilepsy Division.

Salary Range: $335,000–$365,000 base salary only; excludes any quality and/or productivity incentives
