Position Responsibilities:

  • Understands the basic principles of immunology as they relate to problem solving and unexpected test results
  • Prepares tissue specimens for routine and special processing, selects correct protocol based on physician orders.

  • Performs, reviews, and documents quality control according to established policies and procedures.
  • Evaluates data and investigates problems. Takes corrective action according to predetermined criteria or refers problem to the appropriate manager.

Position Qualifications:

  • Required Experience Required: 1 year of full time histology experience in an accredited laboratory within the last 5 years.
  • Required Education: Baccalaureate (BS) or Associate's (AS) degree with a combination of 12 semester hours of biology and chemistry or at least 60 semester hours of academic credit with a combination of 12 semester hours of biology and chemistry
  • Training/Certifications/Licensure: Graduation from an approved Histotechnology Program or HT (ASCP) certification required or registry eligible.

Responsibilities:

Citi is looking for a Media Campaign Lead Analyst to own and execute integrated paid media campaigns for our credit card portfolio spanning TV, streaming video, out-of-home, audio, social media, and influencer channels. Sitting within Citi's Paid Media Channels organisation, this is a hands-on campaign management role where you'll drive day-to-day execution, coordinate across agencies and internal teams, and ensure every campaign lands with precision across multiple touchpoints. Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day execution of integrated paid media campaigns for Citi's credit card products across TV, streaming, out-of-home, audio, social media, and influencer channels ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and campaign goals are consistently met.
  • Oversee all campaign workstreams from initial brief through to live delivery, maintaining clear timelines, managing dependencies, and keeping all stakeholders aligned throughout.
  • Develop consumer insight-driven campaign briefs and lead agency briefing sessions, providing direction that is grounded in audience understanding and competitive context.
  • Coordinate day-to-day agency relationships across multiple partners, tracking deliverables, resolving issues as they arise, and ensuring output meets brief requirements.
  • Drive message consistency and integration across all paid channels and Citi-owned properties, working closely with social, PR, product, media, and digital teams.
  • Manage the legal and product review process for all media creative, ensuring timely approvals and that all content is accurate, compliant, and consumer-ready.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape for your product areas, flagging relevant activity to internal teams and identifying implications for live and upcoming campaigns.
  • Apply consumer research and post-campaign learnings to continuously sharpen briefs, refine execution, and improve campaign performance over time.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Hands-on experience executing integrated, multi-channel paid media campaigns including TV, digital video, out-of-home, audio, and social media with direct accountability for day-to-day campaign management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and workstreams simultaneously, maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines in a high-volume environment.
  • Proven ability to manage external agency relationships on a daily basis, tracking deliverables and providing clear, actionable direction.
  • Confident communicator who can coordinate and align cross-functional teams including media, social, PR, product, and digital around shared campaign goals.
  • Experience managing legal and compliance review processes for marketing or advertising creative in a regulated environment.
  • Commercially aware with the ability to connect campaign execution to broader business outcomes, including brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Beneficial Skills & Qualifications

  • Background in financial services or credit card marketing, with an understanding of how regulated industries shape campaign development, approvals, and messaging.
  • Experience using consumer research and media measurement data to inform brief development and optimise in-flight campaign performance.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing execution as part of a broader paid media strategy.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience in consumer marketing, advertising and/or media.

Education:

  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred

5. Develop knowledge to communicate proactively with borrowers and third parties to ensure loan related tasks are completed according to established deadlines and effectively with customers by disclosing all terms and conditions of a loan and provide guidance and clarity ensuring full understanding by the customer.

6. Develop knowledge to assess and advise customers on financial products; provide financial literacy in order for customers to manage their personal finances; explain the different types of loans, credit options and terms of those services; and invite customers to consider utilizing those products/services to satisfy their financial needs. Effectively help customers achieve their financial goals by providing customer service that models the values of integrity, flexibility, helpfulness, proficiency and commitment.

7. Develop knowledge to minimize past due loans by ensuring safety and soundness through special attention to past due and questionable credits and participate in the collection procedures and processes of the loan officers to assure the timely collection of all delinquent accounts and develop revised loan repayment terms or schedules as necessary.

8. Develop knowledge to utilize government programs when deemed necessary to meet customer's credit needs.

10. Develop knowledge to participate in the Bank's business development activities, represent the Bank in industry and professional associations, community organizations, local business groups, etc., and promote the Bank's favorable image.
