Hybrid work schedule

The majority of our offices operate 3 days a week onsite and 2 days a week telehealth. A four-day work week is also possible. It is reasonable to expect more in-person time up front, while you build up your patient case load and schedule follow ups on telehealth days.

We are an evidence-based measurement organization and have proven that our model is improving patient lives. We have two Co-CMO s at the helm and all clinical decisions are made by clinical leaders. As our PM&R Physician, you will join our established practice at Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group in Lufkin, TX. You will play a pivotal role in the continued success and development of our practice.

Every day you will provide comprehensive rehabilitation care focused on restoring function and quality of life. You will provide functional assessments and individualized treatment plans for patients with complex needs.

To be successful in this role, you will be a BC/BE Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician with a passion for helping patients, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality comprehensive care within a busy community-focused practice.

• Practice alongside an experienced PM&R physician in the only acute care rehab hospital in the area.

As of 2022, HCA began operating the Anesthesia Program at Meadows Memorial as an employed group and our goal is to create a supportive, productive clinical environment where team members thrive and can focus on providing outstanding patient care. We are looking for a Board Certified anesthesiologist who is a highly effective communicator- one who is comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization and able to successfully partner with facility leadership and ancillary departments. This individual will also have a passion for maintaining the highest quality standards and for developing a team geared for growth. Candidate must be comfortable with heavy OB.

• Care team model of 4 Anesthesiologists and 5 full-time CRNAs covering 65 ORs plus EP lab, 7 L & D suites, 2 Endo and Fluro-Radiology
• MD Call is by Beeper from Home. CRNA on back-up beeper call. Post-Call MD is 1 st out.
• Diverse case mix including general surgery, ortho, endo, OB, and new EP service. No hearts or heads.
• Average surgical Volume of 3,000 3,200 cases annually. 700-800 deliveries.

As our General Surgeon, you will join our established practice at Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group in Livingston, TX. You will play a pivotal role in the continued success and development of our practice.

Every day you will provide comprehensive surgical evaluation, operative care, and postoperative management for a broad range of conditions.

To be successful in this role, you will be a BC/BE General Surgeon with a passion for helping patients, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality comprehensive care within a busy community-focused practice.
