As our Hematology Oncology Physician, you will join our practice in a multispecialty clinic in the incredible community of Bellevue, WA. Candidates should be interested in growing our newly established practice, while forming good relationships with our existing employed physician referral network. As part of our team, you will work alongside local and regional cancer care specialists, all dedicated to improving quality, enhancing patient experience, and advancing clinical standards for those we serve.

Every day you will provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of patients and their families.

To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled, board-certified, and compassionate Hematology Oncologist, possessing expertise in diagnosing and managing complex diseases, alongside strong communication abilities. You will also demonstrate a deep commitment to patient-centered care and the capacity to thrive within a collegial and supportive environment.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of new patients
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams
• Provide ongoing management and follow-up care for patients with a wide variety of hematology and oncology diseases.
• Offer guidance and support to patients and families regarding educational resources and community services
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated approach to care
• Stay current with research and best practices in both Hematology and Oncology to provide evidence-based care
• Participate in community outreach and education initiatives to promote awareness of cancer care and blood disorder issues

We are offering a guaranteed starting salary followed by a wRVU model, a starting bonus, and relocation assistance. Retirement plans include both 401(k) and 457(b).

UNC Health Southeastern in Lumberton, NC seeks a Vascular Surgeon to join our community-based practice of Cardiologist, Interventional Cardiologist, Cardiology Fellows, a Thoracic Surgeon, and APPs. Our established practice offers comprehensive services to treat vascular health including bypass surgery for PAD, endovascular therapy for PAD, carotid endarterectomy, EVAR, laser treatment of varicose veins, and port access.

Compensation

Actual earnings vary based on caseload, patient volume, services rendered, and billing and collection performance. This position would be a part of the team at UNC REX Digestive Health. UNC Rex Digestive Health has been providing exceptional high-quality gastroenterology care to patients in the Raleigh/Eastern, NC area for more than 50 years. It is one of the most advanced gastroenterology practices in the area.

Position Features:

• Procedures Required: EGD, colonoscopy, push enteroscopy, Video capsule endoscopy reading, ERCP is preferred but not required
• Procedure Volume: Average range of 8-12 per day
• Structure: HOPD cases followed by inpatient cases. APPs will be rounding and staff with the physician
• Schedule: 7 days on/7 days off
• During Monday to Friday of the 7 days on, hours are generally 7:00am - 5:00pm with scopes likely being done from 8:00am - 3:00pm
• Weekends during the 7 days are remote with APPs rounding. Physicians must be available to answer inpatient calls/triage. No current plan for weekend procedures.
• No night call.

As a Correctional Staff Physician , you will be responsible for providing quality medical care to meet the healthcare needs of the patients within the facility, while working alongside correctional officers and other medical professionals.
The Staff Physician is responsible for performing physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and managing chronic conditions, ensuring care is provided to protect the rights, dignity, and health of our unique patient population. Responsibilities may include and not be limited to:

• Formulating working diagnoses, developing and implementing treatment plans, and evaluating/modifying therapeutic regimens
• Evaluating patients who have returned from off-site treatment
• Responding to and initiating care for medical emergencies throughout the facility
• Coordinating, leading and participating in educational and training activities related to medical care for patients
• Conducting rounds in the medical and infirmary units
• Ensuring compliance with State and Federal mandates and regulations, including court mandates and standards
• Collaborating on with other medical professionals to ensure staff are responsive to patients needs

Experience / Requirements / Qualifications / Skills

• Medical degree (MD or DO)
• Must hold a current unrestricted license as a physician in AZ
• A current DEA registration in AZ
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine.
• Be able to obtain BLS CPR Certification (AHA required )
• Ability to interact effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds, including those with mental health or substance abuse issues
• Must possess strong written communication and verbal skills and have strong computer skills.

• Experience in general medicine, a strong knowledge of current medical principles and practices, and the ability to collaborate with medical team
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards

• Able to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information
• Display integrity, professionalism and be able to adhere to a Code of Conduct and comply with all facility(s) correctional healthcare policies, procedures, and legal requirements
• Must pass the facility s criminal background check and drug screening

• Join an expanding team currently consisting of two Neurologists and two Advanced Practice Providers.

• Support outreach services in Dixon 1-2 days per week, while maintaining a primary practice presence in Rockford.

RESPONSIBILITES : The Physician Infectious Disease reports to the Medical Director. The Physician Infectious Disease will examine, perform diagnosis, and treat HIV patients who come to the clinic for acute medical attention. The Physician Infectious Disease also determines procedures and treatments to appropriate sources; discuss findings with private providers and supervise the work of the professional staff.

The Physician Infectious Disease will assist the Medical Director in providing supervision and leadership for all Clinical staff, assist in providing direction for medical policies and standards for the Corporation. Ensures compliance with mission statement and philosophy with regard to medical practices. Assist in overseeing the quality of care issues and compliance. Responsible for patient care and/or provision of care by other clinical providers.

Attend monthly Quality Management and Provider meetings and reports on all pertinent qualify issues. Will perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS : Leadership abilities and an understanding and sensitivity of the Latino population. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS : Must submit to and pass a drug test and background check clearance as a prerequisite for employment. Must be able to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination and booster, MMR, TDAP, Varicella, and Hepatitis B vaccines. Must be able to provide a fitness for duty exam and recent TB test.

QUALIFICATIONS : Candidate must possess a Medical Degree and a California State Medical License and be Board eligible or Board Certified. Experience providing care to HIV patients preferred.
