Crew positions are entry level opportunities with schedules to fit your life. Qualifications

• Optical, optometric, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or comparable service/operations experience required.
• Experience in one or more optical or practice functions preferred, such as patient care coordination, optometric technician support, optical sales, opticianry, clinical support, or front desk operations.
• 12 years of leadership, lead, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated leadership capability required, which may include peer training, coaching others, owning a specific business area, supporting team development, or leading through influence without a formal management title.
• Ability and willingness to learn and function across multiple practice positions to support patient care, team coverage, and operational execution.
• Strong communication, organization, collaboration, and follow-up skills in a fast-paced patient care environment.
• Ability to reinforce expectations, model patient-centered service behaviors, and support basic coaching or training reinforcement.
• Ability to learn practice systems, technology, and workflow tools quickly.
• Related education preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.

Maintenance Position

Pay rate: Starting at $21.00 per hour.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2nd Shift 3pm - 11:30 pm Maintenance is responsible for maintaining the entire facility mechanical infrastructure including material handling equipment (forklifts, conveyors, stretch wrap machines, compactors) and all other mechanical infrastructure as directed.

Essential Functions:

Delivers cartons for use on production lines. Picks up waste cartons, loads, and operates Baylor machine. Sweeps floors by hand or by using floor sweeping machine. Exchanges and hooks up depleted lift truck batteries. Aids in the moving of office furniture. Helps with light painting projects clean-up of outdoor grounds.

Non-Essential Functions:

Assist with company related functions.

Other duties may be assigned, directed, or requested.

Qualifications:

Operation of electric forklifts (Reach Truck, Stock Picker, Dock Loader)

Previous experience in a warehouse environment

Able to take direction and communicate in English

As a Data Center Construction Manager, you will be part of a creative, diverse team tasked with solving fascinating problems in constructing Amazon Data Centers. Our data centers are industry-leading examples of energy-efficient, cost-effective designs. You will work alongside partner teams such as Operations, Networking, Controls, Security, and Commissioning to build Data Centers that directly support our Customers.

As our Data Center Construction Manager, you will build some of the most interesting electrical and mechanical systems in the world. You will be on the construction site daily, interacting with the construction trades as Amazon's owner's representative. You will be directly responsible for driving cost, schedule, and quality while managing construction vendors and contractors building data centers.

Key job responsibilities:

• Construction project management and oversight of construction-related activities as they relate to new builds or general capital projects.
• Ownership of the project scope, quality, schedule, and budget.
• Direct interface with construction general contractors during the bidding, award, execution, and project closeout/punch list phases.
• Conduct negotiations with general contractors and evaluate bids/proposals with detail and accuracy.
• Create construction project scope and requests for proposals.
• Perform financial analysis of construction.
• Manage construction projects for specific initiatives aimed at increasing the resiliency of our data centers.
• Conduct constructability reviews of electrical and mechanical designs associated with the construction of new data centers or optimization of existing data centers.
• Manage construction documents including submittal review, RFIs, change orders, and invoicing.
• Ensure construction project quality control.
• Record and report key construction metrics to team members and management.
• Drive teams to perform troubleshooting and root-cause failure analysis associated with equipment failures.
• Be a leader within the group as well as within internal and external teams that support the data center.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience carrying new design concepts through exploration, development, and into deployment or mass production.
• Experience in MS Excel, Word, and Windows Operating Systems.
• Experience with power management and power monitoring systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management in data centers or comparable critical infrastructure experience.
• Knowledge of critical data center equipment.
• Knowledge of engineering documentation, electrical diagrams and standard operating procedures.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations including Life Safety, BOCA, NFPA, NEC, or OSHA.
• Experience in project management in data centers or comparable critical infrastructure.
• Experience in Data Center Engineering Operations, with a deep understanding of electrical and mechanical data center infrastructure.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction specifications and drawings for all domains.
