Grants

• Identify and conduct background research on prospective grant funders.

Financial Management/Operations

• Coordinate grant-related contracts, including drafting agreements, managing invoices, and tracking spending.

• Submit invoices to funders as needed
• Schedule and participate in quarterly financial meetings with ED
• Maintain organized records of grant-related materials

Qualifications

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, within the range of $60,000 to $75,000 for a Development Associate, and $77,000 to $90,000 for a Development Director. • Delegate, oversee and lead all club operations and member engagement
• Monitor club appearance, including a clean, friendly, and well-maintained environment
• Execute and oversee employee interviewing, training, scheduling, and payroll upon start
• Adhere to all operational policies and maintain responsibilities for compliance with State & Federal employment
• Meet/exceed TITLE key performance indicators for club metrics – through daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Skills & Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in a managerial role - supervising, directing, and coaching teams
• Experience managing trend reports and/or demonstrated math analytical/ratio skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task, manage clients (via call, text, email, and/or in-person) and team member concerns with approachable & welcoming energy
• Fitness enthusiast and boxing experience preferred; however, not a ‘knock-out’ qualification

Requirements

The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for making sure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. These standards are high, so this is a big job! The General Manager works with his/her leader to set the restaurant’s goals and creates a plan to achieve them.

To meet restaurant goals, the General Manager doesn’t work alone. He or she leads a team of Department Managers that has specific responsibilities in the restaurant. This means helping the Department Managers to set their own goals, following up on their progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their departments. By improving the departments, the restaurant improves!

The General Manager may also be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to make sure that the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future.

Ideal candidates should have previous managerial experience. A background in quick‑service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.
