Funded Trader Lewiston, ME
Maverick Currencies
Lewiston, ME

Funded Trader Opportunity

Maverick Currencies is hiring a funded trader based in Lewiston, ME. This is a remote, performance-based opportunity we fund qualified US traders with up to $400,000 in firm capital and split profits 60% to 90% depending on performance tier.

Why Lewiston, ME

Based in Lewiston? The trading day lands at a workable hour. Eastern time aligns you directly with the New York open and the London close, so the high-volume hours of the FX day land in your morning instead of fighting your evening. It's a quietly efficient base for someone serious about treating trading as a profession.

Maine sits in Eastern time, which puts Portland, Bangor, Lewiston, and Augusta traders on the same clock as Wall Street. The morning session is the most volume-rich window in forex, and Maine traders can wrap their core trading hours before lunch most days.

What You'll Do

  • Execute Forex and Crypto trades using funded capital from the firm
  • Apply your assigned trading system without skipping setups or sizing up under stress
  • Maintain strict risk controls both per-trade and per-day
  • Keep a clean record of every trade and review them honestly
  • Engage actively with mentors and other funded traders in the program

Who Thrives Here

  • Rule-following, journal-keeping, risk-respecting these are the traits we hire for
  • Comfortable that compensation is entirely profit-share, not salary
  • US-based with the home setup to support a daily trading routine
  • Building a real trading career, not chasing a fast outcome

What We Provide

  • Up to $400K in funded trading capital on a tiered scaling system
  • End-to-end education in rule-based Forex and Crypto trading
  • An active trader community with regular coaching sessions
  • Performance-based profit splits of 60% to 90%

Compensation & Capital Disclosure

This is a performance-based contract role. Traders earn through a profit split on returns they generate typically 60% to 90% depending on experience and performance tier. Estimated annual earnings range from $50,000 to $200,000+ for consistently profitable traders. Compensation is not a fixed salary or hourly wage; your earnings depend entirely on your trading results. Those who cannot trade profitably will not earn income from this role.

Common Questions

Q: How do I apply?

A: Through the application form linked on this page. The process starts with a short application, followed by a conversation about whether the program is the right fit for your situation and goals. We don't pressure-sell if it isn't a fit, we'll say so.

Q: Do I need a finance background?

A: No. Most of our successful traders come from outside finance entirely engineering, the trades, the military, teaching, sales. Pattern recognition and discipline transfer well into trading; a degree in finance does not, particularly.

Estate Planning Attorney
Mulembo Law PLLC
Tucson, AZ

Job Description

Job Description

| Phoenix & Tucson | Hybrid

Own the Practice Area. Not Just the Files.

You have done the estates work. You have drafted the trusts, walked families through probate, handled the guardianship that nobody else wanted to touch. And you have done it inside a firm where estates is the side department, the thing that gets attention when family law or personal injury is slow.

We are offering you the other version of that.

Mulembo Law is building an estates, trust, guardianship, and probate practice, and we are hiring the attorney who will lead it. Not manage the overflow. Lead it. That means shaping how we intake these matters, what we charge, what we say no to, and how we market it. Our firm structure puts attorneys at the head of practice areas, and this seat is open.

Read This Part Carefully

Today, our caseload is primarily family law, and your caseload will start there too. That is the honest picture. The estates practice is being built, not inherited, and you are being hired to build it while carrying family law matters that fund the runway.

If that reads as a bait and switch, this is not your role. If it reads as the reason to take it, keep going.

What Makes This Different

  • Real ownership. Practice area heads at Mulembo Law make decisions, not recommendations. If the intake process for probate is wrong, you fix it.

  • Pre-screened clients. We aggressively screen every client before onboarding. You will not spend your week managing someone who should never have been signed.

  • Planned growth. We are hiring our third attorney because the plan calls for it, not because someone quit. The firm's three-year vision includes a Tucson headquarters and Phoenix Metro expansion, and this practice area is part of how we get there.

  • Direct communication. Our core values are Excellence, Authenticity, and Respect. Authenticity means respectful directness. You will always know where you stand.

Work Structure: Hybrid. Court appearances, client meetings, and team collaboration are onsite in Tucson. Drafting and case preparation can be remote when it makes sense.

Compensation:

$120,000 - $150,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Carry a family law caseload including divorce, custody, parenting time, support, and modifications, with real courtroom time (we are in court regularly)

  • Handle estates and probate matters: wills, trusts, powers of attorney, formal and informal probate, trust administration, guardianship, and conservatorship

  • Design the intake criteria, fee structure, workflow, and document templates for the estates practice

  • Partner with firm leadership on marketing and positioning for the practice area

  • Advise clients honestly through decisions that are often emotional and always consequential

  • Mentor paralegals and staff as the practice area grows into its own team

Qualifications:
  • Active Arizona Bar admission in good standing

  • Demonstrated experience in estates, trusts, probate, or guardianship matters

  • Family law experience, or clear willingness and ability to carry a family law caseload while the estates practice is built

  • Excellent drafting skills; trust and estate documents live or die on precision

  • Self-directed. This role has no playbook yet because you are writing it.

  • Willingness to travel for court appearances throughout Arizona

Strongly Preferred

  • Experience opening or scaling a practice area, department, or book of business

  • Trust administration and contested probate experience

  • Spanish fluency

About Company
Our Values

Excellence: We are the best. If we are not, we figure out how to get there without compromising our principles.

Authenticity: We say what we mean and mean what we say. We are respectful but direct, and we practice radical candor.

Respect: We treat each other the way we require to be treated, and we expect the same from those we serve.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary commensurate with experience and supervisory scope; we will discuss the range early in the process

  • Performance bonus tied to billable hours and collected revenue

  • 401(k)

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

  • Paid time off

  • Professional development assistance

Work Structure

Hybrid. Court appearances, client meetings, supervision, and team collaboration happen onsite in Tucson. Trial prep, drafting, and case preparation can be done remotely when it makes sense. A supervisory seat requires meaningful onsite presence; your team cannot learn from someone they never see.
