Why Gales Auto Repair

We’re not a franchise. We’re not corporate.

We make decisions in-house and move fast. That allows us to tailor how we operate to both our customers and our team so everyone wins.

We are big on culture. We focus on getting 1% better every day, holding a high standard, and supporting each other to perform at a high level.

We run a drama-free work environment with a team that shows up, takes ownership, and handles business the right way.

If you want to surround yourself with people who perform, communicate well, and take pride in what they do, you’ll fit here.
