• Coordinate with quality assurance, planning, production, and NAVSEA and ABS representatives to validate welding methods and inspection criteria
• Manage and develop welder workmanship and technology training to increase production rates

Education, Training and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Welding Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; or High School Diploma/GED with 13 years of relevant experience
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with increasing responsibility in welding or shipbuilding engineering
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Six Sigma or LEAN certification preferred

• Must show proof of your legal right to work in the United States
• This position requires US Citizenship due to security clearance required for base access
• Must be able to successfully obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)

He/She ensures compliance with patient care quality standards and all state, federal and local regulatory laws, standards and protocols for each department, while assisting with the development of the annual operating budgets for these departments; oversees the development of policies and procedures; provides facilities management and oversight of the physical structures, HVAC, mechanical, electrical systems, utility systems and grounds of this hospital to ensure operative and safe working conditions; reviews human resources needs with department managers. The Chief Executive Officer oversees and is responsible for the development and evaluation of performance of each department and their improvement activities of the Quality Program.

Education: Bachelors Degree, preferred Administration/Business related

License: None Required

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a Leadership Position in a Acute Care or Psychiatric.
