The Role:


As Center Medical Director (CMD), you ll serve as both a clinical provider and a physician leader.   • Participate in provider education, mentoring, and optional academic research

  • Support local referral relationships and community partnerships

  • Manage clinical documentation, co-signatures, and ensure EMR compliance

  • Partner with HR and People Services on provider performance and employee relations matters

  • Maintain active licensure and complete all credentialing requirements for practice


Who We re Looking For:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in a specialty recognized by ABMS or AOA

  • Fellowship training in Addiction Medicine preferred (not required)

  • Background in Family Medicine, Psychiatry, Internal Medicine, OB-GYN, or Emergency Medicine with addiction experience welcomed
