Job Responsibilities:

  • Obtain work schedule from Supervisor, obtain supplies required to perform the work and prepare for operations
  • Obtain empty pallets and empty boxes and move to line with hand jack
  • Identify and communicate problems with product packaging and ensure highest quality bags and cases
  • Verify product code and bag counts if applicable
  • Place full boxes onto a pallet according to proper specifications, shrink wrap and move to storage area for processing
  • Ensure proper documentation and pallet tags are completed
  • Maintain area cleanliness to ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Must be able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools used to perform the job.
  • Must be able to perform all job functions safely.
  • Must participate in company orientation and training.
  • Must be able to follow instructions. Must be able to work scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position.
  • Working in a very cold and wet environment (33 - 35 degrees Fahrenheit)

This podiatrist will travel to our Mill Creek and Kirkland clinics. Under the direction of the CMO, the Podiatrist provides routine and referral podiatric services to patients.

Essential Functions:

  • Examine patients' legs and feet to diagnose diseases
  • Treat bone, muscle, and joint disorders affecting the feet and ankles
  • Perform procedures as necessary along with wound care management
  • Diagnose diseases and deformities of the foot and ankle using medical histories, physical examinations, x-rays, and laboratory test results
  • Prescribe medications, corrective devices, physical therapy, or surgery
  • Advise patients about treatments and foot and ankle care techniques necessary for prevention of future problems
  • Provide education/consultation to patients, family, and health care team

Qualifications:

  • Doctoral degree in Podiatric Medicine from an Accredited School of Podiatry

  • Knowledge of legal and ethical standards for the delivery of medical care

Responsibilities

  • Safety Responsibilities:
    • Conduct pre-shift and post-shift inspection on all production equipment during your shift daily and record on daily confirmation sheets.
    • Complete pre-operation equipment inspection sheets on any equipment used during your shift daily.
    • Follow all company safety and health policies.

  • Environmental Responsibilities:
    • Keep all high traffic areas clean and clear of any trash, debris, tools, hoses, or other miscellaneous items (use proper cleaning procedures for oil and other lubricants leaks and spills).

  • Quality Responsibilities:
    • Perform quality checks while operating equipment on a scheduled basis to maintain quality specifications.

    • As bulk loader:
      • Inspect all incoming trucks and railcars and determine if cleaning is required. Wash out trucks or railcars if determined it is needed.
      • Load all incoming trucks and railcars with correct product. For any railcar loaded, fill out the Data Collection Card with loading information.
      • Clean any spills on or around trucks and railcars as well as the loading area.
    • As Wet Process Helper:
      • Perform all duties in Wet Process Machine Patrol checklist (including pump checks, reagent checks, etc.).
      • Clear any machinery malfunctions and restart as needed.
      • Conduct all in process control tests in wet process.
      • Collect all in process and finished product samples in wet process.
      • Clean any spills and wash down wet process as needed.
    • As Millman:
      • Perform all duties in Milling Machine Patrol checklist (including mill and separator checks, greasing, and lubing of equipment, etc.).

      • Conduct all in process control tests in milling.
      • Collect all in process and finished product samples in milling.
      • Clean any spills and wash down milling as needed.
    • Working Relationships:
      • Maintain strong working relationships within the Plant.

      • Maintain professional relationship with all contractors, vendors, truck drivers and site visitors.

Qualifications

We will help prospective applicants obtain required training. Must have specific trainings (CPR, First Aid, NCI, Med. Admin., etc.) which will be provided when hired.

Essential Duties:

  • Plans daily group activities at the day program and delegates staff roles accordingly
  • Plan monthly outings and place them, along with appointments, meetings, etc. on a monthly calendar made available to all staff and individuals served.
  • Plan special events (parties, etc.)
  • Assist in securing volunteer opportunities for those individuals interested
  • Plan the best utilization of space indoors and outdoors (activity centers, individual and group space, picnic areas, garden areas, etc.)

Responsibilities

Schedule Details:

Marketing Representatives work a flexible schedule, which includes weekends and holidays. You will be required to work any scheduled shift within the operating hours of 6:00 AM5:00 PM Hawaii Standard Time.

As a Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Contact guests through multiple touchpoints, including outbound phone calls and email, to offer opportunities to preview our properties by booking timeshare appointments in advance of arrival
  • Manage assigned call lists and complete the required number of outbound calls per day to meet production and performance goals
  • Sell local tours and activities while delivering high-quality vacation planning and concierge services
  • Maintain flexibility to work remotely when business needs allow, subject to IT/workspace requirements and minimum performance standards
  • Proactively partner with leadership to identify and resolve customer-related concerns or challenges
  • Willingly complete additional reasonable tasks or requests as assigned by management
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed to support team and business objectives

Qualifications

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience
  • Strong knowledge of the local area, including restaurants, attractions, directions, and optional tours
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Previous sales-related call center or timeshare experience
  • Prior experience in tours, activities, or concierge services

  What You’ll Do

 

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, HVAC, electrical systems, and other vehicle systems

  • ASE certifications are a plus
  • Dealership experience preferred
  • Hybrid vehicle experience is a plus
