Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and ship production-grade GenAI/LLM applications across Hygiena products including SureTrend — copilots, conversational agents and assistants, workflow automation, and decision support. Implement agentic workflows (tool use, multi-step execution, human-in-the-loop controls) with attention to reliability, safety, and clear failure modes.
  • Design and build advanced retrieval and knowledge systems (RAG): hybrid search, vector and graph stores, indexing strategies, reranking, caching, and source attribution — grounding generation in authoritative sources such as regulatory frameworks (FSMA, HACCP, Codex), validation standards (AOAC, MicroVal, AFNOR), SOPs, and technical documentation.
  • Engineer for production across the full SDLC (build → test → deploy → monitor → iterate). Implement MLOps/GenAIOps practices (CI/CD, reproducibility, environment parity, model/prompt/agent versioning) and build evaluation and observability for GenAI and agentic systems — tracing and instrumentation, regression test suites, automated scoring, and prompt/policy iteration loops.
  • Security-test and red-team LLM and agentic systems — probing for prompt injection, jailbreaks, data/PII leakage, insecure tool use, and unsafe or non-compliant outputs; build adversarial test suites and harden systems and guardrails based on findings. Design for secure deployment with access controls, auditability, sensitive-data handling, and responsible-AI guardrails suited to a regulated domain.
  • Configure and integrate AI solutions into enterprise and customer environments — APIs, data systems, and business applications (e.g., LIMS, QMS, ERP, and collaboration tools) — balancing quality, latency, cost, privacy, and adoption. Support data preparation, transformation, and validation that feeds retrieval, evaluation, and model training/deployment.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Engineers, ML Engineering, and food safety scientists; translate ambiguous product and domain needs into clear technical requirements and tradeoffs; document patterns, decisions, and instrumentation; and stay current on emerging AI tools, models, and frameworks, bringing promising ones into real Hygiena use cases.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; Master’s a plus.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of professional software, AI, or ML engineering experience, with strong backend engineering fundamentals.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications in production, with real delivery considerations (latency, cost, reliability, security).
  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience building APIs/services (e.g., REST/gRPC) and integrating with enterprise systems.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one frontier GenAI platform — Anthropic, Google, or OpenAI — and its key building blocks (e.g., Claude API, Claude for Enterprise, tool use, extended thinking, Claude Code; Gemini API, Vertex AI Agent Builder, grounding; OpenAI Assistants/Responses APIs, Agents SDK).
  • Experience building advanced retrieval/search systems (hybrid retrieval, vector search, reranking) and comfort working across multiple data stores (vector, graph, relational/document/search).
  • Experience implementing agentic patterns (context management, memory/state, orchestration, and tool use).
  • Familiarity with conversational AI frameworks (LLMs, chatbots, virtual assistants, agents) and their APIs.
  • Experience with MLOps/LLMOps practices (evaluation frameworks, model monitoring, prompt management) on a platform such as Azure Machine Learning, and with LLM application frameworks/tooling (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex), preferred.
  • Experience security-testing or red-teaming LLM/agentic systems (e.g., prompt injection, jailbreaks, data leakage), and familiarity with frameworks such as the OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications, preferred.
  • Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud), common platform services (storage, compute, IAM, networking), containers, and CI/CD preferred.
  • Data engineering or data-science background (e.g., Spark, Airflow/dbt, feature engineering, experimentation, model evaluation), and experience in a regulated or safety-critical industry such as food safety, diagnostics, or life sciences, is advantageous but not required.
Skills:
  • Strong product sense and a delivery mindset — takes ideas from proof-of-concept to MVP to production, designing for how real users will rely on AI outputs.
  • Rigor around accuracy, traceability, safety, and security — designs for trust, guardrails, and graceful failure in a regulated, safety-critical domain.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration; able to prototype quickly, evaluate rigorously, and harden into reliable production code.
  • Clear communication of technical and design decisions to diverse audiences, including Product, ML Engineering, Data, and Customers.
  • Collaborative mindset; works effectively across Engineering, Data, Product, and food safety/domain teams.
  • Intellectually curious and committed to staying current with advances in generative AI and applied LLM engineering.

Software Engineer
Harmony
Palo alto

Harmony is an open blockchain with data sharding and fast finality. Social games and community AI can use our onchain tokens for micro-payments, smart contracts for market pricing, and zero-knowledge proofs for data privacy.

Harmony’s mission is to scale trust and create a radically fair economy. Our platform is decentralized, scalable and secure to settle any transactions without trusted parties.

Building a (Rocket)Ship

We are a Day-1 startup. Blockchains are becoming the foundation of the global economy, yet their adoption is at only 1%. That means that you as a pioneer and developer are shaping the future with 10X impact. Harmony is a community-driven project, a network with hundreds of applications, and a team wearing crazy ambitions on their sleeves. Because the invincible summer awaits!

For engineers, we value your deep understanding of how bytes work. You are a tool maker, a system hacker, and a math nerd all in ONE. Your typical day involves prototyping a top-conference research paper, debugging and profiling in hexadecimal, or writing updates to coordinate asynchronously with tens of engineers in the open. Building a blockchain is like jumping off the cliff while assembling the plane engine on the fly – but, if you can thrive in chaos, why NOT?

For creatives, we approve your obsession with user experience. You are a product designer, a brand manager, and an industry analyst all in ONE. Your typical day involves studying what delights and what hurts through hard metrics, writing long-form narratives on the why's and the do's, or scrumming tasks for a product launch to iterate with millions of users. Building a community is like sharing your blue heart while keeping the culture alive for decades – but, if this is your dream of 50 years, start NOW?

See our project vision on Social A(G)I and Shard 1.

Responsibilities
  • Develop user interfaces for Harmony-based DeFi applications and DApps.
  • Ensure seamless smart contract and wallet integration across platforms.
  • Optimize app performance and implement community feedback.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in computer science – specializing in kernel, data structures or compilers.
  • 3 to 5 years of working experience including 1 year of startup experience.
  • 60-hour work week, daily 4-hour overlap with Pacific Time.
  • Exceptional communication and people skills.

Senior Technical Program Manager, Connected Warfare (Active Clearance)
Anduril-1
Costa mesa
Senior Technical Program Manager, Connected Warfare (Active Clearance)

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

ABOUT THE TEAM

The Connected Warfare First Party team focuses on increasing value to our customers through dedicated partnership with other internal divisions. The Connected Warfare division builds cutting-edge technology spanning communications, networking, computing, and intelligent C2 software. Our mission is to foster strong relationships throughout our many Anduril teams to ensure that customer challenges are met with unified and innovative solutions.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager who excels at building and nurturing internal relationships. You will be the key liaison that connects diverse Anduril business lines to foster collaboration, drive mutual success, and enhance customer outcomes.
Orchestrate Internal Collaboration. Build and maintain strong working relationships across departments (engineering, product, supply chain, logistics, and growth). Facilitate clear communication and align strategic priorities to create a unified approach to customer missions.
Drive Customer Success through Partnership. Act as the internal advocate for customer needs by sharing feedback and insights with relevant teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and capitalize on opportunities that benefit Anduril and our customers.
Enhance Product Deployment. Oversee the planning and execution of Anduril product deployments with seamless integration. Gather user feedback and work with engineering teams to refine offerings and meet mission requirements.
Foster a Culture of Teamwork. Serve as the central contact for bridging gaps between internal teams. Seek to deeply understand and represent partnership interests, driving initiatives that enhance internal synergy.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Mission First Mindset. We put the needs of the mission and our customers first and understand that the US and its allies have no preordained right to victory in any future conflict. We actively seek out opportunities to better understand our customers’ mission needs, with a goal to build the best possible products for the warfighter and radically evolve our national and international defense capabilities. We push ourselves and the limits of our capabilities in the pursuit of this goal.
Ownership Mentality. We’re looking for owners; those who have a natural bias to assume responsibility, a healthy dose of skepticism, and contribute to a culture of performance. We empower our Mission Operators to quickly assume high levels of responsibility and entrust them to actively own their account and shape its success. Our Mission Operators are just as comfortable helping to shape a proposal or pitch a new customer as they are working with engineers on new features or deploying products in the field.
Technical Aptitude and Intellectual Curiosity. We are first and foremost a technology company, working at the leading edge of capabilities like machine learning, autonomy, distributed networking, and multi-modal sensor fusion. Do you have a natural desire to see beyond simple cause and effect relationships to really understand how complex systems operate? Do you actively seek out opportunities to educate yourself? These capabilities form the foundation of our product offerings, so we are looking for those who are comfortable communicating technical concepts and can articulate them in the context of the customer’s mission.
Structured Thinker and Problem Solver. Leading technical programs requires clear communication and well thought-out plans. We are looking for assertive communicators who bring a thoughtful perspective and honest dialogue. A solution-driven approach, the ability to distill complexity into its essential, digestible components, and the ability to supervise execution are critical to ensure mission success.
High Value Team Member. Do you enjoy working as part of a team? At Anduril, the path to success weaves through the organization - account teams, engineering, logistics, technical operations, and more. It requires humility, an eagerness to learn, and empathy toward your fellow team member. We assume best intentions and empathize with customers just as we do with our colleagues. Can you develop rapport at both the user and executive levels? Do you enjoy sharing successes? We are a low ego group that promotes teamwork and collaboration to bring about success.
360 Degree Leader. We are a flat, non-hierarchical organization with a matrix structure that is dynamic and evolving. We expect you to be self-aware enough to recognize your position of unstated leadership within the company. You should have a demonstrated ability to lead and influence people through both formal and informal constructs and in situations where there is lack of clarity across teams. Finally, we need people who identify gaps and breakdowns and solve them immediately, rather than point them out and step back. You should also seek 360 feedback to help inform your growth trajectory as a leader.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Champion Internal Collaboration:
Serve as the key bridge among internal Anduril departments—engineering, product, logistics, and more—to align efforts in developing and deploying integrated hardware-software C2 solutions that meet operational needs.
Drive Product Adoption and Scale:
Champion the adoption of Connected Warfare products across Anduril divisions and into adjacent customer missions by identifying high-impact integration opportunities, building compelling internal use cases, and partnering with growth and engineering teams to expand the product footprint beyond initial deployments.
Facilitate Continuous Improvement:
Design and implement user feedback loops to systematically gather, prioritize, and share insights and challenges experienced by Anduril C2 products, ensuring that this valuable input drives collaborative enhancements.
Influence Product Evolution:
Actively engage with program and engineering teams to provide feedback that refines product features and optimizes user workflows, promoting a culture of shared excellence.
Build Strategic Internal Relationships:
Foster strong working relationships with program, engineering, and growth leaders across divisions, ensuring trust, clear communication, and alignment of goals to drive synergy and increased adoption of Anduril products.
Sales and Financial Metrics Tracking:
Navigate and utilize various internal business systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, BI tools) to accurately track, analyze, and report on product sales and key financial metrics.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
